De ca - do you think it "lubed up" your joints?

I haven't done de ca for a long, long time. It just wasn't all that popular with power lifters for whatever reason.

I personally don't remember feeling like it lubed up my joints. It may have, I just don't remember it if it did.

not so much bro... I find that warming up is the best way to go.

When on deca and no warm up joints hurt big time.

Been clean for 3 months (actually deca was 2 cycles ago) and warm up before I go heavy. Clean and pain free. Nice!
 
I don't think it does anything for my joints, and haven't been impressed when I ran it. I am wondering if I just need to run it longer than 12 weeks.

Thanks chillin but does that mean your joints ARE NOT ok when you're not on de ca? Do you see a difference or do you just run de ca all the time?
 
I think it does help your joints.........I mean, if you have some really serious problem in the joint, obviously you need time off or surgery. If your joints are killing you while not lifting and doing normal everyday shit......chances are you have a problem that de ca isn't going to help. However.......normal joint pain from the stress of heavy weights is almost non existent for me when I'm on it. I actually think normal deca is better for this than NPP........however with NPP you don't get the massive water retention.......so it's a trade off. Having experience with both now..........I'd run at least 200mg's of deca with any cycle. Obviously if I was using de ca as one of the primary mass builders of the cycle, I'd use more. But take Var for example..........I'm never running a high var cycle again without low dose deca and/or GH. Some of the gear out there absolutely destroys joints.
 
Thanks Samurai. Good info. You're saying exactly what I was thinking. I've been having significant back problems lately. I'm getting much better, but my right shoulder also gets sore.

So 200mg a week is exactly what I was thinking and I can actually get a script for it.
