oc 11 de bench
all / 2bled minis and with a pause
115 x 3 sets of 3
125 x 6 sets of 3

cg incline bench 135 x 15
4 sets 185 x 6

bb rows 135 x 12
2 sets 155 x 8

lateral 2 supersets
biceps 3 sets
2 high rep sets of shrugs


first time pausing at the bottom. brief though, but seemed harder to do
 
i like that idea. you pause in competition so why not train to do it taht way
 
Never been much for the pause...especially on the bench. Pausing with a shirt and pausing without one is a completely different feeling.

nice workout, especially the incline CG grip. Try to do normal sets first and then do some pause sets later, just a suggestion though. Pausing sucks but I believ it will help you create starting strength easier for most of the lifts

yah, i dont have a shirt (yet) , so i think its a good idea to do.

i actually stole the idea from spatts

hey...once your start pausin on your benches, the more it becomes "second" nature in training. i can vouch for this. i do pauses now like its a "natural reaction" so its hard for me to touch and go...i'm liable to pause it at the bottom. like i said...make it become second nature....other than that..awesome workout!! tb
