Who has done it?

The Myth goes that Arnie Used 50 mgs of Dbol or So 1-2 hours PreWorkout on top Of Deca and Other clean Anabolics

No Spreading out, simply using a large dose to tap into the short Androgenic, Anabolic Half life.

I've done it. Some may say it's a waste of gear but it sure helps on leg day.

it makes sense from at least a few perspectives:

1) the androgen spike
2) fast acting potent anti-catabolic right before workout
3) dbol enhances glycogen storage with WO and PWO shake

Also Peak Plasma is MUCH much higher with ONE dose as opposed to the "spread out dose pattern" and thus the results that spring forth from the all at once method may make this method ideal.

I didn't feel like it was a something that I could put a time on. I would use it like I would NanoVapor for example. I used to take 25mg 30 minutes prior to a workout and would feel like I was going to explode the whole time. The pump lasted quite a while but I can't say that I ever kept track of the time. I never tried 50mg. The most I ever did was probably 40mg on a deadlift day and my head felt like it was going to pop like a zit.

this is y i do it. though i will only take about 50-75% of my daily dose pre-workout. if i am doing cardio i will save back a few mg's for pre-cardio. otherwise i will just take them periodically the rest of the day.

i always "feel" dbol right away.
 
Only with dbol can you do this.

Even while not on cycle. Try 20 mgs of dbol pre workout with a BIG BLAST mixed with whole milk, then 20 mgs post workout with a BIG BLAST mixed with a high glycemic fluid like Sunny Delite. Do only rows, presess, deadlifts, benches, and squats to failure at 8-10 reps. Really make the most of the workouts. You will literally see growth in as little as 2 weeks.
 
so for example, we can take dbol 20-30 mg before our lagging muscle group and since we are taking once a week or twice in 10 days, there wont be even a minimal problem with HPTA???

about 40 mg's of d-bol pre-workout is pretty awesome i feel it throughout my whole workout. the only complaint is painful back pumps when i run. but it gives you a great pump and immediate results.
 
weird i dont get any insane pumps like you guys say but im up 17lbs in 3 weeks, i want pumps!! only use 25mg
 
I gained almost 20 lbs in three weeks taking once a day 50mg, 2hours preworkout. Incredible, yet oftentimes painful pumps. Strength like a bull though...Dbol literally is a lot of fun in the weight room. Where other long acting esters, and hormone injects take weeks to see results, dbol is almost immediate

yes sir. a definite increase in strength and aggression . more reps more weight. its nice. take it an hour before you lift :chomp:
 
but how come i dont get freakn awesome pumps and dont feel it, that sucks!! i love pumps its like cumming all the time!!
 
is this a good way to run it, workout days full dose 1.5 hours pre workout, rest days spread them out through the day, has anyone done something like this?

thats pretty much what i do too, 50mg 1 hr before workout. then off days i spread 10mg out 5 times a day.
 
I've always ran 20 pre workout and either 10, or 20 in the am. Results are always good for me but I will switch to a 75% pre workout load and see what I think.

I'm interested in knowing what affect it would have on the hpta when not on cycle. I realize everyone would react differently, but would taking it only before a workout completely shut you down or only partially???

anyone have any feedback on this?
