Dbol/Nolva dosage

Hows everyone?
Im currently on day 5 of 1st week of Dbol (Denkall 10mg caps). 1st day= 20 mg, 30mg e/d after that..i have gained 2 punds after 4 days and am taking 40 mg of nolvadex e/d one in morning and one in evening..so far no sings of gyno except same puffy ass nipples ive always had (annoying bastards) and cant get rid of. Do ull thing i am safe off with the 40mg of nolva a day? Dont wana hinder any real gains but dont wana get gyno..im annoyed enough with my huge flying saucer nipples as it is..thanks

@ 30ed of dbol, you should be ok (unless you have a propensity for gyno)...with or without the nolva.....40 may be a bit overkill though?

40mg sounds high.

I would think 5-10 mg would be sufficient as a preventative.
20mg at most.

40 mg nolva while on a 20-30mg dbol cycle sounds like a shot in the dark. Goto your doctor, take a bloodtest, find your estrogene levels and medicate yourself based on that. Guesswork is why people get gyno in the first place.

As mid cycle therapy, SERMS such as nolva aint the optimal choice.. Use an aromatase inhibitor such as arimidex.
Reason: You dont want to block the estrogen receptors, but prevent the free T from converting to estrogen.. Hence using an AI.

Forma Stanzol in a low dose on cycle might work, I am running that currently with my kdrol cycle
