12:00- 10mg with food
4:00- 10mg with food
5:30- hit the gym for about an hour and a half or 2.
7:30 ish- 10mg with food.
That's how I've usually taken it when I have. What do yall think?
Another question, my arms go numb alot everytime I take dbol. That happen to anyone else?

man im sure then you can take it like that...spreading the doses out....never heard of doing that or read about it....im on 40 mg a day...i just pop 20 in the morning and 20 at night...seem to be working alright for me....cannot say i have ever experianced any numbness of anysort....but i have heard of that!!!

I've heard that spreading the dose throughout the day is the way to go. This helps keep a more steady level in your system.

I've seen conflicting reports on whether or not to take it with food. Some say to take it on an empty stomach, some people say take it with food. I wonder if it matters. I've even heard of some people letting it dissolve under the tongue. (It tastes like shit.)

I'm on week three of a 20mg / day jumpstart. My hands have been going numb at times. Feels kinda like the start of carpal tunel (I'm not taking any GH)

All that being said - I freakin love dbol.

i will tell you from personal experience

the more you spread it out, the beter
take a 10mg every 2 hours bro,
make sure you pop one RIGHT before you go to sleep, its recovery time! :)

Could be thoracic compartment syndrome. It's common in athletes and lifters. Compression on the nerves and vessels causes the numbness like when sleeping or when driving with one hand on top of the wheel. The extra muscle mass and fluids with dbol can be cause the extra pressure. It should resolve when you stop the dbol or reduce some water weight.

i eat them every 3 hours all day....then ill take double dose before working out and after

yeah, it can also happen if your not stretching properly, you probably could also go get a massage(deep tissue), and it'd help. my massage therapist gave me a document explaining exactly what st8 said. good post bro!

Happens when I sleep and even when I am driving with then hand that is on top of the wheel.

The thing is it might not resolve after the d.bol since I have the problem while off cycle and on.

dude, this sounds like a pinched nerve. it also happens to us computer nerds, when we're constantly leaning back in our chair while pushing our arms forward to control the mouse, it's a posture thing. to remedy, drive with your hands down on the lower left and right sides of the steering wheel(so your elbows are at your side), and focus on exercises to pull your shoulders back and bring your chest out(ie center upper back exercises, maybe with the rope), just had this same problem, except mine included the right trap. still working it out. i also went to a chiro, and the deep tissue massage therapy. seems to be helping, and also adding the center back exercises helped too. my chiro is a bodybuilder, so he also helped(he also helped me with a couple other things like cycle info and such, what a cool motherfucker!). hope this helps bro.

Very true. I started using a trackball instead of a mouse and got a Goldtouch keyboard, and it has helped a bunch. Keyboard takes getting used to, but I'll never go back. Highly recommended.
