OK, just got my DB and gonna stack it with my Test (500/wk). I have 100x10mg of DB and wondering how to take it. 40mg/day everyday for 25 days or 50/day M-F? Also, how many times a day should I split it up?

30-40mg daily for no longer than 5-6 weeks max.

thats "exactly" what I'm doing on my next run. Got dif brand I'll be tryin out for first time. I'm already itchin to start & I'm just in pct now lol. I swear time off is hell, wtf.

i would run it 50mg split between pre and post w/o on training days only
