I am 23 196 about 15% bf (did a test and it said 13 don't believe it though) I will be getting this down to 12-13 before starting the cycle. I eat good but not excellent but I will be getting this more in check over the coming weeks (cutting hours down at work). I have trained for a number of years and have been 216lbs but would probably have been about 18% bf if I am honest. My main mistakes were diet which I have done a lot of research on and am much more informed.
I am hoping to put on some lean muscle and a bit of weight. My ideal goals are to be 210lbs and below 10% bf, I don’t expect to do this straight away but it was I am building up to.
I have done a lot of research and would like to thank everyone for all there threads.
Here is my upcoming cycle (this will be my 1st cycle)
Dbol wks 1-4 30mgs ed
Test eth wks 1-10 500mgs/week
Deca wks 1-10 250mgs/week
Then PCT clomid as explained in the PCT thread I will also get some HCG
I have looked at many cycles and this seems to be a favorite bulking cycle I don’t plan on doing another cycle for at least 4 months maybe 6.
Do you think this is too much for a first cycle I have read a lot of bros say just the deca or EQ and the test eth or sust 250 and not the dbol is enough for the first cycle.
As for training I will be doing 3-4 exercise per muscle group, 3 sets and reps 6-12 to failure (at least on the 3rd set maybe 2nd o)
Any responses, changes, critique and advice is very much appreciated.
