Hey guys first off im new here so if this is in the wrong section
then I apologize.
I got a quick question,
I've been working out for a year now 5 days a week
and havnt really seen any gains,alot of toning but no gains.
A friend of mine told me he could get me some DBALLS and
that it would help me put on some muscle mass.He said there D-Balls the white ones from Germany,whatever that means??
I've tried doing some research on this stuff but it hasnt gotten me anywhere.Can anybody shed some light for me.Im 150lbs and about 5'6,I want to be at least 175-180lbs.I got the diet part right but cant seem to put on the weight?? My metabalisim(sp?) is kinda fast so that might be one of my problems???
