Singleton New member Dec 8, 2003 #1 What do I do when the bells only go up to 120 and I want to do 140+? I complain to my gym about it; ask for heavier bells, but it's a noop. I can use the cambered bar, but it's harder on my elbows and wrists than the db (for some unknown reason).
