Day One!

OK Im totally new to this but took my first dose of Test today. 1ML per week. Im definately feeling something - more energy, zingey (buzzy). I'm not taking anything else with it as of yet. Just a test (lol) run so to speak. See how it treats me. If It treats me well I'll build on it.

I know side effects treat us all different but is this common and can I expect to feel this effect until my next dose next week?

totally new to this... how so? all that effect , its placebo. do u have your pct? reamember t eat a lot, train hard and get enough rest
 
Lifting off and on for 3 years cardio 30 - 45 min a day 3 - 5 days a week. Lifting 1.5 hrs a day following the cardio. I've gotten obsessed with working out over the last 4 months in particular and never miss a day. My energy level has been very low lately and I'm just not gaining size as quickly as I'd like hence my desire for performance ehancers. Over the last 3 years I've lost 70lbs of fat.

Im 6' 4" tall and 233lbs. Max bench is 225, curl 60lb dbells. My cardio is good I can run 8-9 min miles for 2 miles goin all out and am bery active.

I believe I have a pretty good foundation to build on.

Im at about 22 - 24% body fat

22% bf and on AS?... u need to diet harder with a alot of cardio first. Since you're probably gonna do it either way, good luck.

BF is too high my friend. you have been training on and off for about 3 years huh..is the on the "4 months" of obsession you are talking about? If so...i suggest going back to the drawing board chief....AAS will not blow you up if you dont know what your doing...training is important, eating correctly is important... AAS if used "PROPERLY" can do wonders...properly is the key word...if used "WRECKLESSLY" could leave you in the middle of the nowhere...research and learn bro..then make a sound judgment.
 
Dude, you are a mess. Not only are you not ready for AS (way too fat), you aren't even doing AS right. Cycles aren't plan as you go.

Read here, read elsewhere, train more.
 
Holy Crap is that BF froma caliper test or is it a guess?!?! I hope it's alot lower and also I wouldn't do cardio before a work out personally.. id do cardio first thing in the morning and lifting later on in the day

IMO your BF is still WAY too high to be using steroids...:(
With it THAT high my guess is that AFTER using steroids your BF will be EVEN HIGHER :worried:

ya bro, u def dont looks anywhere near 20% ... still couldnt give a guesstmate with clothes on cowboy. also since u have been in the gym 4 months straight.. u could use a week off.. or u can take a few days off now since your on

What do you mean about taking a few days off since he's on? By straight is he saying 7 days a week? In any case why'd anyone ever take a week off if there's no injury? Are you saying he has overtrained?

You're right about the BF though - it's gotta be less then what he thinks. I thought I was 18-19% and had it checked last week at 11% - WTF

well i wouldn't say rest for 7 days... maybe if he was off, then that would be a good idea. but if hes on maybe he might not need days off now.. possibly midcycle he can take 2-3 days off.
 
If that's your truck, probably not a good idea to post your license plate #:worried:. But then again wtf do I know:rolleyes:
 
Since you already started you might as well finish but cut down the cardio (eat clean) and go for strength. You look like a big dude and for a MAX BENCH of 2 and change you def have alot of work to do. Try changing your routine and workout for strength. Low reps !!!!! I just got back in the game and I'm 5'7 8 ish.. 168LB BF=(no clue). Max Bench at least 200. Point being a big guy like yourself should be at the 300lb range of weight for at least 1-3 reps (spotted)..
 
What type Test are you taking?
 
I think your probably getting a placebo effect from it. I don't start feeling it kick in till around the 3rd week at earliest. Of course, everyone is different.

First of all congrats on your fat loss. Good job. Give us some more info. What are your goals? You say your energy levels are low. Leads me to believe it's something with your diet. Post up what a tipical days meals consist of and apprx how many cal's. In my opinion I wouldn't do cardio before weight training.

GOALS:
Gain Muscle Mass & Strength, Fat Loss, More Energy!
In particular I want a more defined chest & stomach, larger shoulders, arms & traps.

DIET:
7am Breakfast - 2 Eggs, piece of toast or Oatmeal & 2 Eggs
7:30am Workout
9:00am Protein shake 20g protein
11:00am Protein shake 20g protein
Between 12 & 1:30pm Lunch - A Peanut Butter Sandwich, Chicken or Fish with soup or salad.
5:00pm shake 20g protein
7:30 or 8pm Dinner - Chicken, Fish or lean Meat with a salad

I drink 1 to 3 alacholic beverages 2 days a week. One soda every couple days.
I take regular old daily vitamins, flaxseed oil and lots of water.

2 days a week Ill slip and have a desert with dinner.

Protein shakes are Bioplex Whey Protein Isolate that have 90 calories.

There's why your not gaining and your energy levels are low, your not eating even close to enough! 3 of your meals are 90 calorie protein shakes, your first meal is is about 300 calories, maybe less. That's less than 600 calories for 4 of your 6 meals. Your what 6'4' 233 if I remember right, eat bro. In my humble opinion you need to revise your meal plan. Just for some ideas you could do something like this: PWO shake double the protein and add some carbs. Replace the meal 3 shake with real food. Double the protein on all your shakes. Throw 8 egg whites in with your 2 first meal eggs and eat it a little earlier. You get the picture. Take some time and come up with a new meal plan and watch what happens. How much test are you running and for how long?, anything else with it? Do you have PCT set up? Take a little time research and you will be pleased with the results.

I'm taking 10ml of test e once a week for the moment.
Researching a little more and considering adding Deca.

I wanted to go light to start on the AS but am not opposed to a more aggesive schedule.

Im eating about 10 meals a day which is about 4500- 5000 calories. this is more of what u should be takin in with a guy your size.. im around 250 right now at 6'2'' and its helping me gain and keep energy levels up.
do as bw1 says. you prob grew up like eveyrone else thinking 3 meals is enough. well we are not your "average" person :)

That Marlboro Man pic can't be 24% BF...Maybe 15-18% at worst?

And you are taking 1ml of test once a week, not 10ml, right? 2500mg/week might be just a tad much...
