Background: I run many mornings, including a track meet twice a week, and workout in the gym on a 3 day on, 1 day off cycle.

Seriously, today on the track I was like superman. I felt unstoppable. I ran faster than I have ever run before. I can't explain how exhilarating it felt. I felt every extension of my legs pushing me forward like I've never moved. My stride - each leg - was at least 9+ feet - it was seriously like a video game. No joke.
Unfortunately, I seem to be developing bronchitis and that combined with the cold air combined with no sleep the night before made me throw up and I decided to call it a day after the second interval and also called off today's gym session.
I was hanging out with two guys this weekend who also came down with bronchidas. It really sucks because my body was "Go Go Go" but I had a knife between my lunges.
Anyway, I have 4 days of this stuff, will take a few days off it, and then on to TRex.
Sort of troubled by the appetite surpression, though. I wish I could counter it because I really have a hard time getting the 3k calories a day I need to build.
