Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

Took my first one 4 hours ago.

Results so far:

I feel COLD (my hands are icicles) but I don't know if that has anything to do with this.

Zero appetite suppression  I eat 6x a day and right now my stomach is actually GROWLING for my 10 am meal.

No sweating, no alertness, etc. I could lay down and take a nap right now, no problem. I'll take another one this afternoon pre workout and see what happens..

Thanks for all your help.

If you are on a low carb diet you will not feel the thermo effects as heavily and maybe not at all. Also if you are low carbing you may have considerably less appetite surpression because your bodies demand of carbs is going to increase when you take Thermorexin. That demand may overpower the appetite surpression. It seems the key is in the carbs. Just eat them.

DOH!! I'm doing low carb too. No wonder I've been super hungry and day dreaming about hot fresh bread this morning? I'm going to add some brown rice to some of my meals and see how that works.

Bump for Macro - I started with 1, but after the first week I'm thinking of switching up to 2. For my first 2 days, 1 was REALLY heavy (I got the shakes etc etc). I think the idea is to build up to your tolerance level (kinda like DNP) slowly, in order to risk fewer sides.

dnp doesn't habitulate

I'm NOT doing a low carb diet.....BUT.....the nausea was so bad that I ate a turkey and cheese sandwich and PRAYED it would stay down... I feel SO much better now... Im thinking perhaps I need to eat more than just a Little in order to keep this stuff inside?

Hopefully its still effective....still dont feel the rush of heat, or the great energy...

I thought this stuff was supposed to be so much better than NYC...so far...Im thinking...Its not:(

You'll be able to eat much less as you come to the end of your first week. By the second week I could get away with not eating before my Thermorexin. Just don't force it. I know everyone wants to see the magic in the first few days but many people have to be a little more patient and let their bodies adjust to it. It's affecting many systems in your body all simultaniously and for some that creates an overload. If this is the case with you then let your body get used to it.

true... but DNP does require a slow work up to assess tolerance.. and there is some tolerance with respect to "sides" through adaptation.

I know DNP is bad, but thermo and DNP are an amazing combo. Sweating in front of a fan in t-shirt and shorts yet I feel energetic. It is F-in Sweet. It actually makes the DNP tolerable. I'm stocking my shelves with Thermo!

this might be a stupid question but what is the diffrence in THERMOREXIN than just taking efedrine? and if i wanted to by some thermo can someone give me link to buy it. thank
