I took one yesterday morn at 8am since i was gonna go into work early. then i realized i didn't need to and went back to sleep around 9 for another hour and a half. not much problems with sleep for me when only takin one.

Over-dosed by accident b/c of an all-nighter and got a massive headache/migraine.

one thing though, just when i opened my big mouth about feeling much better yesterday only taking 2, somthing happens that really has me worried. i was gettin pain right on the outside bottem of my left pec, but definitely NOT pain in the muscle. it was right were the ribs are before the pec, and it felt like it was deep in the ribs or something. too close to my heart for comfort. i wa fine later in the night and this morning, so i took another today, and it's happened again in the past hour or so. i gotta quit takin this for a couple days and see if it's what's causing it. if it keeps up i'll be on my way to the doc soon. and by the way, when i took it today it was only with r-ala and, NO green tea, carnitine, or anything else. i also noticed some pain in my back right to the left of my spine, in the lung area.

i was on NYC 4 weeks and didn't have these pains.

any ideas as to what's goin on?
 
DEHYDRATION.. it is likely a "cramp".. there are muscles there as well and when they cramp it can be very unpleasant. with all the stuff you have been taking the chances of dehydration are definitely higher.

plus you need to make sure that you are getting adequate electrolytes
 
how was i dehydrated though drinkin 2 gallons of water? only thing i can think is that i didn't have enough during my workout. the gym was hot as hell. come to thing of it i only had 32oz instead of the normal 64 during my workout, and i sweat alot more than normal. that was probably the reason, since i didn't add extra water to my PWO meals to make up for it. my heart wasn't pounding and my pulse wasn't out of the ordinary, but it still had me worried.
 
i don't know if you saw it in my post before, since i edited it and added it,
but what about the pain in the back/lung area. kind of a burning pain.
 
well sodium intake is whatever is found in the food i eat, nothing added to it. but you can figure between the deli turkey breast, canned tuna, meat marinades, and creole seasoning or soy sauce that it is pretty high.

potassium and magnesium are whatever is in the foods i eat and what;s in the multi (ast multipro). so they're probably a little low, as i don't eat banana's. only fruit i've been eating is apples. only thing i drink is water so not gettin anything from liquids either.

what doses would you recommend addin of each in form of supplements. i'll start eating banana's instead of apples to get some potassium though. i've just been eating the apple as it's a little lower in carbs and lower GI.
