Yesterday I took another before my workout. No noticeable effects for lifting or cardio.
Today:
6am, banana followed by 2 t-rex and it's 7:40 now and.. well.. hrm..
I’m switching up my diet and adding a few more carbs
What I do notice:
I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday's weigh in (water, of course)
Very cold hands and feet (each time) BRR!
Going pee a lot
umm.. and poop more 'n usual
What I do NOT notice
No thermogenic effect
No workout boost
No mental focus/clarity

No appetite suppression (Dangit!)
My diet today looks like this:
M1: Banana, egg whites
M2: Cottage Cheese, small apple
M4: 1/2 c brown rice, chicken breast, veggies
M5: Tuna, veggies
M6: Low Carb Protein Shake
