Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

after using the sample t-rex pills that came with my r-ala......i finally got my bottle. i just took 2 (before am cardio) and i had to shit not but 20 mins later. i dumped now i'm going running.... i'll let you know how this stuff works

ok cardio went well...right now i feel good. although my appetite isn't really suppressed. i feel warm an hour after cardio and a shower.
 
What am I eating all day? or before I take the t-rex?

well, this morning I ate a slimfast bar...then took 2....and I was OK!...no sickness at all!...that was about 2 and 1/2 hours ago, and right now Im pretty hungry...going to make some tea in a few minutes...

Admittedly, my diet sucks....yesterday, I had the banana (which came up rather quickly).....then a strawberry/banana protein shake......that was breakfast......for lunch...an apple...then the turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch...with some sunflower seeds throughout the afternoon....and for dinner....2 pickled eggs.....umm...and dessert was a fudge popsicle....but you gotta cut me a little slack there...IM VERY PMS'y and craving :)
 
Yesterday I took another before my workout. No noticeable effects for lifting or cardio.

Today:

6am, banana followed by 2 t-rex and it's 7:40 now and.. well.. hrm..
I’m switching up my diet and adding a few more carbs


What I do notice:
I'm down 2 pounds from yesterday's weigh in (water, of course)
Very cold hands and feet (each time) BRR!
Going pee a lot
umm.. and poop more 'n usual :rolleyes:

What I do NOT notice
No thermogenic effect
No workout boost
No mental focus/clarity
:mad: No appetite suppression (Dangit!)

My diet today looks like this:

M1: Banana, egg whites
M2: Cottage Cheese, small apple
M4: 1/2 c brown rice, chicken breast, veggies
M5: Tuna, veggies
M6: Low Carb Protein Shake
 
Er.. yes.. I take 2 tsp flax per day, once in the morning, once in the evening. I don't count it as part of my eats, though.

Also: CLA, Multi Vit, E, C
 
There are almost no carbs in that diet. An apple and banana with 1/2 cup of rice just isn't enough. Your bodies demand for more carbs is overpowering the THERMOREXIN. And in fact is increased by the THERMOREXIN.
What is working though is the increase in your MR. This is going to cause you to lose fat even though you don't "feel" the THERMOREXIN. The majority of people DO feel when their metabolism is raised so much. They feel warmer, feel it in the gym, etc. You should be feeling something even if it's just the effects of the stimulants and 200mg of caffeine. But if you're not that's ok as long as you're losing fat at an increased rate.
 
Okay, hrm.. I cut down on the protein and add 1C whole wheat pasta with M5 & Ak Mak Cracker (whole wheat) with M6? Er.. or if that's not right, do you have a suggestion?

It's funny that I feel the OPPOSITE of thermo effect - COLD. BRR! Three hours ago I took 2 and my hands, arms, feet and face feel cold. They are warm to the touch to other people, though... I had my friend at work feel me up (he didn't complain). :D


Caffeine has never really had much effect for me. I can down a double expresso at 11pm and sleep like a baby. I keep at it for the next week and let you know.

I plan to take another 2 this afternoon before workout. Seem okay?

Btw., I am 5'2", 130 (battling the last 15)
