Ok, this is my first time posting...I like to read these boards...but Im a little frustrated..hopefully someone can help!
A little backround? I had used Xenadrine RFA-1 for about 3 years...on and off....it finally stopped working....but I had lost about 30lbs on it...
I decided to try the NYC and LOVED It....it made me sweat SO much during my workouts and gave me great energy,..no bad side effects....so when I saw T-Rex...I was really psyched to try it....and its been awfully disappointing....
the first day..I took one....about an hour before going to the gym...and was only able to do 45min cardio because I got SO shaky.....then I read these boards AGAIN and saw that I should take it with a banana...btw...I had taken it in the evening..and had no trouble falling asleep by 9pm....
Yesterday, I took one...half hour before cardio in the morning....it didnt do anything for me....I took one at lunch...still nothing...and then I took one AGAIN before my evening workout..and was able to take a nap then go to the gym....So thats three on my second day?
I thought I should up the dosage...so I took 2 this morning...waited...ate a banana then went to work out...and I threw up....
Any thoughts on what to try to get this stuff to work????
