Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

Are you guys sure your blood pressures haven't raised? Because that is what alpha 1 agonists do.......increase mean BP.

in normotensive humans synephrine does not elevate BP.. in individuals with hypertension it may both raise and lower BP (likely depedent on a1 subtype ratios)
 
Ok, this is my first time posting...I like to read these boards...but Im a little frustrated..hopefully someone can help!

A little backround? I had used Xenadrine RFA-1 for about 3 years...on and off....it finally stopped working....but I had lost about 30lbs on it...

I decided to try the NYC and LOVED It....it made me sweat SO much during my workouts and gave me great energy,..no bad side effects....so when I saw T-Rex...I was really psyched to try it....and its been awfully disappointing....

the first day..I took one....about an hour before going to the gym...and was only able to do 45min cardio because I got SO shaky.....then I read these boards AGAIN and saw that I should take it with a banana...btw...I had taken it in the evening..and had no trouble falling asleep by 9pm....

Yesterday, I took one...half hour before cardio in the morning....it didnt do anything for me....I took one at lunch...still nothing...and then I took one AGAIN before my evening workout..and was able to take a nap then go to the gym....So thats three on my second day?

I thought I should up the dosage...so I took 2 this morning...waited...ate a banana then went to work out...and I threw up....

Any thoughts on what to try to get this stuff to work????

try eating a banana or an apple like a minute or more before taking in the thermorexin.

i've had those vomitting feelings, but only for a short while. it doesnt really bother me anymore and its almost been a week that i've been taking t-rex :p

Ok bro, you can't take it first and then eat the banana. That is still "taking it on an empty stomach" and doing that with two capsules is absolutely NOT recommended.
I would suggest you continue on with working your way up to 6 a day but eat something and THEN take the two capsules.
As far as sleeping on it goes that is going to VERY individual just like sleeping without is.
I could not take it close to bedtime and sleep that night.
Even if there were no other ingredients in it the level of caffeine is the same as one Starbucks grande coffee. I don't know anyone who can drink two or three of those and go to sleep. But there are those who can. I know because there they are, out in front of Starbucks at 11:00pm, sucking down their Gold Coast and then going home to sleep.
 
thank you both for responding....I realize my error....eating the stupid banana AFTER taking the pills...I guess I was hoping the banana would catch up??? oh well....

btw....Im a girl.....:)....

I will keep you posted...I have two more here at work to take...still kind of nervous about taking two...but Im going to have an apple THEN take them...

One more thing to note...I was REALLY hoping for the appetite suppression...alas...NOPE....at least not yet anyway....

Day 1

Got them last night ~ couldn't wait to start. I had to go to the store before work to get bananas which aren't usually part of my regular diet. Since I tend to have queasy stomach, I decided not to experiment and just go with the whole banana thing. I took it at 6 am this morning and so far... nothing. Hrm..

Taking into consideration how I feel the rest of the day, think its okay to take two on the first day? I'd take another about 3:45 PM, 45 mins prior to my workout

if you feel fine then 2 should be fine... the 1 starting point is because 1 can be strong for some people.. as people that have jumped to 2 with first dosing have sometimes found to their chagrin
 
Bump for Macro - I started with 1, but after the first week I'm thinking of switching up to 2. For my first 2 days, 1 was REALLY heavy (I got the shakes etc etc). I think the idea is to build up to your tolerance level (kinda like DNP) slowly, in order to risk fewer sides.
 
well, I took 2 AFTER eating a very large apple...the nausea is KILLING ME....I dont think its gonna stay down much longer!

Now what?
