Day 3 on THERMOREXIN

I have noticed that the sweating only comes when I am drinking a lot of water or eating a lot. If I dry out or don't eat the heat seems to diminish. I don't know what that means.
This is a multi purpose diet pill however and for some people the appetite suppression will be like it is for me and supernav. Like him, I simply don't feel like eating at all even after training. I think some will get better focus from the nootropic (smart drugs) effects. Some will feel the increase in metabolism and sweat like pigs, again like me and some others posting here. Some people will feel it all. Some may feel nothing.
But it still all comes down to how much fat have you lost when you used it. Because we can't measure a diet pill by how you feel we have to measure it for it's results in removing fat.
We gave away 300 samples and sold a lot of bottles so we're hoping to get lots more feedback here. Hopefully it will be about loose fitting pants.

SO how do you know when you hit the right dose. i was tellin my girlfriend once she starts heatin up, that the dose. should she stay at 2 a day, and just monitor her weight, or could she up it a little.

If she feels ok and not stressed from it then by all means let her go up. I wouldn't let her go higher than 6 but I have a feeling she'll never get to 6. But who knows.

I take 2 NYC's in the AM for an extra kick.

Then 2 thermorexin at 3PM.............and sleep like never before.

Synephrine's catecholamine activity is FAR lower than nor-ephedrine so its best totake them around 3-4PM.

Thats obviously if you so choose to mix NYC and thermorexin.

its very difficult to feel any thermo effects on a keto diet

so are you saying that t-rex doesn't work on a keto diet? or is it that a person will get better fat loss results if they include some fruit in their diet. btw, when you say 'a peice of fruit' what exactly do you mean - 1 apple? 1/2 apple? 1/4 apple?

no.. but that in ketosis "thermogenesis" even higher levels of it are often undetectable (from a "feel the heat" perspective) when in a keto metabolic environment.. its the "carbs as fuel that provides the "heat feeling" as anyone who has eaten them on DNP is well aware

yes.. this is true.. 1 apple is probably sufficient (depending on bodywieght) for larger individuals perhaps a banana would be better) apples a good low calorie choice

btw- with the use of glucorell.. there really is no need for ketosis.. JMHO (and a decent bit of both clinical and anecdotal evidence)

appettie suppression usually goes with nausea for me. has anyone else experience any nausea from thermorex? i dont mind the suppressed appettite of course but the nausea really kills my day. just looking for feedback on this before i take my first thermorex pill

have any of you guys also used pondimin in the past? I was wondering if the appetite suppressant effects of thermorex compared to this. - cbeaks
