Up 3 lbs, bf dropped 1.2%, slight feeling of euphoria, increased labido, pumps were amazing in the gym.
haha, just jokin, but you gotta love people's day 1 cycle result threads. anyways- i'm having problems consuming 3500 calories. I'm hittin the protein just fine, but missing on the carbs. I need some good ideas for more carbs. any good ones besides spaghetti?
