well GAURDIAN's progress thread got me thinking about the progress ive made this cycle so far, so i snapped a shot this morning. unfortunately i dont have a good shot to compare it to like he did. And this is during a cycle, GUARDIAN made his gains off cycle....bastard lol. Best cycle ive ever done right here.

8 weeks in
250mg omnadren eod, 250mg/ed for last week
50mg dbol ed for last 2 weeks
75mg tren ed for last 3 weeks

currently sitting at 222, up from 204 when i started. This is by FAR the most quality mass ive gained on a cycle, besides my first cycle.

Delts and legs look great dude! You're obviously holding a lot of water as your definition is less pronounced than before. I can't wait to see how you look when the swelling goes down. congratz

i dont know man, you really think so? my face really isnt puffy and i have no signs of gyno or anything estro related, bp is perfect. i think ive just added a little fat because ive been eating like a machine. next week im getting off everything and running 500mg test to taper off and i think im going to try to cut a little, so well see.

5'9.5", it depends on how heavy ive gone on squats recently lol. they even look a little freaky to me now, my upper body needs another 20lbs to catch up to my legs.

I notice it in your legs if you look closely at the before/after pix. You are on quite a bit of test bro so thats expected.

Dave, nice work. Excellent example on why starting a cycle lean makes all the difference in regards to E sides and actually seeing your progress.

Tight work bro.. What's your diet look like if you don't mind me asking?

you should just go right into a cutter and switch up your diet bro and take more picks in like a month.

my diet this cycle has been mainly oatmeal, eggs, cottage cheese, beef, pork, potatoes, milk, , peanutbutter, pb&j sandwiches, and some icecream or cookies here and there lol, a box of little debbie oatmeal pies a week too.

im going to taper off starting next week for like 6 weeks, so that may be what i do. i dont know yet.

i could kill a box of fancy white cakes along with some breyer's oreo ice cream. dip the cakes right into the ice cream. i wouldnt need a spoon.

Lol..you jerk, thanks for making me feel worse about it. I'm over here at 22 days into my cycle eating like a prisoner of war and I'm up 20lbs. Yea shit's growing, but so is my looser areas.. :\ Seriously though good work, keep it up. I'd like to see how you look at the end of your cycle, and a few weeks post.
 
Delts and quads look real good. You look more vascular in the first pics, but some could be the lighting in the room. Still look real good at 222.What is your squat now?

yeah vascularity is down a bit, but ive gained a good amount of water/fat, im sure itll be back in a few weeks. as far as my squat goes, ill be able to tell you for sure after sunday. a few weeks ago i tripled 635 easily, and absolutely smoked 675 the next week. I want 720ish at this comp, well see.

my back just hurts thinking about that much weight. i was watching ronnie coleman's cost of redemption while i was on my treadmill in the basement (for motivation). he was squating 7 plates for 8 reps. he did have knee wraps a squat suit halfway on.
 
damn bro...looking jacked as shit...and the quads are definitely insane...you kinda grew them out of proportion with the rest of you lol

Who cares about proportion... the man can squat almost 700 pounds.

I'd be willing to trade any of my proportion and symmetry in order to be able to do that.

Great progression...you're a beast for sure....

A few comments and bear with me here:

You have awesome shoulders and forearms...but I think your shoulders are so massively developed, they make your chest look a little under-developed....great chest development on the outer chest, upper chest looks good, try to concentrate on the inside part of the chest and mostly on the lower chest...i.e. weighed dips, decline bench, decline dumbell preses...
You legs are OVER-DEVELOPED....lol....for my taste at least....by most bodybuilding standards, they're pretty much fuckin awesome.....you must squat what? 4-5 plates each side for reps? One comment on your thighs though, work on the tear-drop regio, because your massive development of the outer thigh makes your tear drop region look like it is lacking....

Overall development, I'd have to give you an 8.5, definately look a lot better than my physique...a job well done.

my chest is tough, when i was younger before i started lifting i had a chicken chest really bad, meaning my sternum sticks way out. Actually it still is, its just covered with my thick man breasts now lol. So it kind of elongates my pecs and makes them flatter and less "titty like" lol. My dad passed that trait on to me, he used to be huge and his chest is the same way. As far as my legs go, im going to start hitting the teardrop more after im through with my PLing training. Not really a concern of mine to concentrate on specific parts right now. Hopefully if i do decide to make the switch to bodybuilding my lagging parts respond. My upper arms, pecs, calves, teardrops could all use alot of work.

i powerlift yes, train only for strength and power. check out my log in the weightlifting forum to get an idea of what i do. people tell me if i actually trained for size and tuned in my diet id be a beast, but i dont know, i think my body takes to the power training more.

i am lucky, i realize that. but i do put in a tremendous amount of work bro, ive been no stop with lifting and putting huge amounts of food into my body for years now, very dedicated and consistent. Just dont want people to think i have it easy, and lose motivation because they think its only about genetics.
