Hard to see, but from what I can tell no one has the right to rip you apart looking like that at 47. ;)

ThanX brother!!!!! I sure as hell dont see it. Your looking pretty thick to me! Your midsection is also real tight, mine is smooth. haha Im planning on posting pics in april. I feel like shit now, back and chest measurements are down, even arm measurements a little bit. Ill probabally post em up anyway. I can probabally get some decent ones with the right lighting and angles. haha This back injury has really set me back for the time being. Im taking this entire week off training. Hope to recover soon! Whatever your doing is obviously working!! Keep it up!!!

Looks good maing. If you are looking for suggestions, start pounding those hammer curls to try to add thickness to your arms. I hope that I'm still drawing breath at your age, let alone looking that fit.

Thanks Casual / Nsash / OneRep. I appreciate all your comments. :)

Doriansdisciple: I know you tried to say something but couldn`t post.
(I appreciate your effort Bro).

BEAST: I feel your pain Bro. I know about injuries and have lived through a few myself. In the end.... It makes one a stronger and wiser lifter. Besides...your a BEAST and this is simply a little bump in your road to success.

ONEREP.....Thanks for the Hammer curl suggestion. I do incorporate them in my workouts. I have tried everything and my forearms and traps just don`t want to respond. I stopped using wrist straps several months ago too when doing my deads to improve grip strength and hopefully forearm size. My grip strength has improved big time since I dropped the wrist straps (a tip I got from this board). Even though I feel I have reached my natural genetic potential years ago I will never stop trying to improve size and strength and its people like you guys, your constructive and positive comments as well as the EF training discussion board helps to keep me focused and motivated.

Thanks to all.

That is a great outlook. Do you do upright rows or reverse flyes for your traps? I know they really help mine. If you can get by without wrist straps, that is the best. I will use mine on back day, but I try to not use them until the 3rd set if possible. You can possibly even do some excersizes just for forearms. This is a weak point for me too, so I've tried to re-evaluate the way I train. Glad you get something from the boards, I know that I have learned quite a bit from some of these guys too.

I have done or tried it all in my years Bro. I even used to pre-exhaust my traps with shrugs followed immediately with deads. Its a genetic factor I have come to accept but as I said in a previous post, I will never stop trying.
I have noticed a slight size improvement doing wrist curls utilizing a reat/pause approach. They are total forearm scorchers. I have a hard time even closing my hand when I am finsihed with the rest/pause sets.

Thank you for your input OneRep :)

Dave........

First off......looking great bro, keep it up, back is jacked, chest is stacked, and your legs look great. (from what I can see).

Here's a tip, this is the way I figured out how to post for Non-Plats......like myself.....(warning: this method may only work until George Spellwin Says So......hopefully he will keep the galleries open to all). Anyhow, upload those pics into your gallery. Next, once they are uploaded you will see them as thumbnails on your "My Gallery" page. Click on the 1st Picture (twice if you have to) until it appears full size on your screen. Once there, copy the address in the address bar of your Browser and paste it within the text of your original post. The hyperlink should take us to your gallery, but the pic will be displayed full size at that point. Repeat this procedure for the rest of the pics. This is how I was able to post my pics, hope this helps, and keep up the excellent work.

Looking great Dave! You've definitely developed the mature muscle look, something that only results from years of hard work. Keep it up! I wish I had the sense to start when you did :(

Thanks NOT2BE Thanks also TrailerTrash. Both of you guys comments were most generous :)

NOT2BE: I tried you recomendations yesterday but since they changed the format my gallery disappeared along with my Karma. And now EF for whatever reason is having problems uploading my pics into my gallery.
Every time I try is says action failed. Guess the new system has some glitches to work out.

NOT2BE: I also checked out your before and after pics. You look swole and pumped Bro. You have really good natural full muscle shape with proportionate muscle belly = good muscle shape + thickness.

TrailerTrash: Its never too late to start or start over again. As the old saying goes: today is the first day of the rest of your life !!!
