dark blood????

so I jus injected into my glute and some dark blood immediately came out.. a decent amount too til I applied pressure for a min then it stopped... is this normal? its never happened??

Correction: Dark blood comes from veins (unoxygenated). Really really red blood (highly oxygenated - just came from your lungs and is going to the tissue) comes from arterys. You just nicked a vein, and it happens. No biggie!

Happens every once in a while...

I just held pressure till it stopped bleeding... Not going to loose any sleep over it! haha

I've had it happen to me as well, usually during an aspirate. I just pull out and do another location.

Check your k message....by the time you see the blood from your nose, it's already been exposed to air, and has essentially (for all practical purposes) exchanged gases and has become "aterial" blood...You probably just have think mucous membranes in your nose

once, my gf didn't want to know when I was injecting because it made her sick, so I was injecting in the bathroom after a shower. She walked in and it looked like I killed a small animal with all of the blood, she threw up instantly!!

Just let it drip dry, throw on gym shorts, and go to the gym. People think your tough if you have blood on you. On second thought they might think you are week if you have blood coming from your a$$.

Shoot from the outer quads; If you shoot on the inner side, depending on your angle and individual anatomy it can be a squirter, nothing too serious but enough to ruin your clothes. If you ever draw any blood, no matter what color, remove, relax and try again.

ahh I didnt see the blood til I was done injecting and I pulled it out -- then the blood came -- no big deal, still alive
