I thought the craziest thing about the video was at the beginning of it when they are giving him instructions and they tell him that failure to cooperate will result in pain, injury and possibly death. You would think that the corrections dept would somewhat frown on 6 guards dressed in battle clothing having to resort to killing an unarmed man because they can't subdue him. I love watching shows on prison and stuff of that nature that they are always showing on T.V. I've watched alot of footage of SORT teams such as that one having to actually rush into a cell and restrain and remove an inmate who's not cooperating, threating staff, has a constructed weapon of some sort, and is trying to fight the entire time, and it's obvious that the SORT teams are still instructed to try to get the situation under control without injuring the inmate. It was just kinda odd to hear them telling a guy who hasn't even been found guilty of the crime yet , didn't have a weapon, and wasn't resisting or threating them in anyway that they were ready to kill him when they came in there. Maybe it's just standard procedure for them to say that before entering a cell, regardless of the situation. Who knows.

I think one thing this video proves, and I'm sure most people already know it anyway, is that the notion that you are innocent until proven guilty is a load of BS. I'm sorry, but that's not the treatment of an "innocent" person. Not saying that Titus is innocent. I haven't read up in detail on the facts of the case, but judging from what I've heard on here and from what little I've read, it seems like a pretty sure bet that the guy is guilty. And if he is guilty of doing that, then this is definitely the life he deserves (actually, no life at all may be what he deserves, but that's someone else's job other than mine to decide). Still, according to our system and laws, everyone gets a trial, and everyone is presumed innocent until the results of that trial determine otherwise. This is just another major example of how that isn't really the way it works though.

As far as his physique, I was never found of his build when he was in shape and competing. He still has that rounded out gut and flat chest. It's like the center of his stomach sticks out futher than his chest, and it looked that way to me even when he was on stage. I think it's a testiment that some of thest guys genetics really aren't as great as we give them credit for being. I really wonder what his strength is like right now. What he can bench, squat etc. I'm sure he gets access to an exercise yard with some weights. I bet he doesn't touch them though.

At first it seems really sick and distrubing... like something out of a movie - 1984 style, with oppresive government and no hope of freedom...


I guess though.. when you work in that job day after day... all it takes it to see one 'Joe Schmo' go in a cell to remove a man, seemingly helpless, and Joe looses and eye or gets a shank in the kidney...

Then from then on you take no more chances... I think the people that develop those procedures have that in mind.... as hard as it is to watch...

1. If anyone remembers he was not training hard and down below 210 even before the murder.
2. He's in a cell 23 hours a day and his one hour of exercise probably consists of a 10x20 room with maybe a basketball hoop.
