Dan Duchaine's 1st Cycle Theory- Do You Agree???

I just read his last article before his death. He advised any newbie to use Test only for their first cycle. No Dbol! No Deca! No EQ? He recommended Test@600-1000mgs a week. He said this would be more than enough to gain 25-30 pounds on a first cycle. Do you agree? Or disagree?
 
I'm inclined to agree that a gram of test will put 25lbs on a newbie. I'm not sure I agree that it's a good idea though...
 
I would think you could gain a good 20 - 30. But I'm with Hardbody_Jr and add something else to the stack also.
 
That's a lot of fucking Test if you don't mind me saying so.

But then if that's ALL you're taking....Hmmm

Maybe I'll give it a go for my second cycle.... :)
 
Try the "gramabol" cycle- front load 3g of test week one, run 1g test weeks 2-10...it kicks! (just my opinion). Life is good, on a gram of test.......

I don't think a gram of test a week is that extreme. When you add up all the stuff in the stacks everyone is doing, it equals as much or more total mg. Besides, alot of newbies I know overuse orals since they don't like sticking themselves and for some reason think the orals are harmless, especially stuff like winstrol....Case in point: A guy in my gym was popping two 50mg winstrol tabs a day, and had the nerve to call my 5 week gram of prop a week cycle extreme and suicidal. Sorry, but 700mg of winstrol a week is gonna mess up your liver values and HDL levels a hell of alot more than a gram of test. This guy did not believe me until his cousin (who was using just 1 winny tab a day) got a blood test and his liver values came back as seriously fucked.

I think the idea of a newbie cycle sans 17aa stuff is a very good one.
 
I agree bc i did that but not even that high of an amount. slowly built of to 600 and stayed for 4 or 5 weeks (cant remember) but gained a solid 20 pounds of it.
 
I disagree, why should anyone put 20-30pounds in a short time. It is just plain not healthy. Why choose the easy way out? Those 20-30lbs will come with a high price tag to pay; too many sides, too many risks. I used 250mg Sus/week and some Ox in my first cycle and gained 15lbs and kept 12lbs.

I am always for slower, steadier and healthier gains, so I prefer minimum dosages. For a starter 250, max. 500mg Test is just fine, could be stacked with a mild oral.
 
400-600mg. of test alone can still yield substantial gains, but the diet and training have got to be there,otherwise it's just a total waste.
