Damn tan lines!

Well, it's official....I have got the tan lines from hell. Where I work, I generally either wear a tank top or a t-shirt. It's a summer camp after all. Mostly tank tops. Well, I also go to the pool with the girls at least once a week. We have to have a one-piece bathing suit, no two piece numbers. Well, between that and the tank tops, I have got damn tan lines. They are bad too. I'm pretty fair skinned so from where I am starting to get dark, they are very noticeable. Strapless shirts are out of my future for the next five years until my tan fades. lol :rolleyes:

Yes, after spending all day with the girls at the pool today, I needed to vent. :angel:

or you could try the ol even out the tan trick. Get some good sunscreen and put it everywhere your tan but not where your white, then go lay in a bed for 15-20 min a couple of times and try to even it out

hope you've learned your lesson about wearing clothes

Hmm, I'm sure I would be much comfier working in the buff, but my summer camp hasn't turned into a nudist colony just yet. Although, some of the younger kids haven't figured that out yet and miraculously can lose very important articles of clothing or simply forget to wear them. I wonder if that excuse would work for me. :angel:

try hitting the stand up super booths at the salon and rub some oil on before hand. when i used to landscape they made us wear these golf shirt uniforms with the company logo. We were not allowed to takr them off, so this is what i did, it works great; about twice a week is suffice.

fyi, make sure its a stand up, the last time i fell asleep in a lye down and got the worst "tan bloches" on my back and ass cheeks, lol.

Ow. Believe me, I've had those moments when you know you have spent too long in the tanning bed and areas that should just never ever be burned are quite toasty. It's not a fun experience.:rolleyes:

Anyway we really need before pics w/ the tan lines to compare to later. And there is no possible way pics of a girls tan lines would bore me, especailly now since I'm bored to tears at work. Please post them (or anything interesting for that matter). For my sanity.
 
Ahemmmm I will say this much, if I do not get those pics first before everyone else you are in for the spanking of a life time when I catch you!! lol ma poor baby's got tan lines thats what tanning beds are for girly, even that out

Um I just gotta say this.............just got back from my dad's, he has melonoma BAD and its tough seeing what he's going thru. He's 60 and back when he was young he worked on a farm and got major skin damage are all those years in the sun. He's paying for it now.
 
God damnit man.. why be the downer! Do you really care if we get skin cancer or not!

Phat...babe, throw on some sunscreen. Talonracer has a very valid point about skin cancer. We near-albinos need to watch out for sun damage more than regular folks.
 
It's about time Taps came in with a comment! :rolleyes: And Talon, yeah, that's always a concern when you spend time out in the sun. I hate to hear that about your dad though. Believe me, I have heard from my mother on a regular basis how I will pay for being out in the sun or going to the tanning bed. I can't say it's the most comforting thing a girl can hear. BTW, I do wear sunscreen, I will have you all know. It's not always the most effective, but I do wear it.

And AA, I would at least hope you would charge a high price. :angel:
 
Phatchick, Sorry to take so long to get back to you, the photos came through on the second try. But those tan lines are nothing to worry about. Just lay on a weekend with a moderate SPF screen on.

I agree, also tan lines on the booty are good for doggy style sex, it kind of forms a target area. (My wife hates it when I tell her this).

Oh, I might have to spend all my money (and most of yours) on the Porsche I test drove yesterday. That won't be a problem, will it babe?

And Taps....nope, no Porsche. Get over it. You're spending your money flying my mother in. Not to mention the rest of the family. There's a lot of cousins you know.
