Wassup all!!! Well, I finally told my wife I use gear and, woohoo- reaction wasn't anything of what I expected. To start off the story I did my first gear related substance about 1.5 years ago- and all it was was clen. After that I did my first cycle, just T-200 last September. A friend of mine whom I worked with was a first responder and did all my injections. Very important to note that up until this point I had been doing an incredible amount of research into AAS, surfed the Rock's board everyday learning as much as I could about the subject.
Anywho this spring a friend of mine(same work buddy) and I made a trip south to get an actual cycle for me to do. Ended up getting EQ, more clen, and T-3. Wanted to get more anabolics but didn't have the money and although I like to think I know quite a bit (but still learning) about AAS I was clueless as to shopping
We got back and I did my second cycle. My brother, friend and I are into rock climbing and like an idiot I lied to my wife saying we were going out of town to climb to cover up my trips.
We ended up making 2 more trips- each time learning a bit more about Mex and where to shop. My brother's wife has absolutely no idea he's planning on doing his first cycle here in about 6 weeks
During this time I ended up obtaining some DNP and told my wife about the clen and T-3 use. She was a little upset but trusted the fact that I'd done my research, she'd seen me reading for hours, and let it go.
Almost 2 weeks ago my wife and I were in a serious discussion as to the future of our marriage(I screwed up in another way) and we decided to have absolutely no secrets between the two of us(she hasn't kept any secrets from me).
And that is how I decided to come out with it. She asked me if I was hiding anything from her and I told her yes. Proceeded to tell her about my 2 previous cycles. I think the big taboo about gear isn't swallowing pills, it's injectables- the thought of needles. This is the big reason I hadn't told her about it yet- that and the fact that her adopted brother is a meth freak. After I told her, including the fact that injection techniques were taught by my best friend certified first responder, she was actually relieved. I explained to her how gear works, minimalizing risks, potential side effects etc. and she was very understanding. She knows how much I care about my health and the importance of my appearance. She agreed to let me do a decent cycle consisting of injectables and orals and is even going with me to obtain my gear
So, to all those who think they know their wives, or husbands, you might want to think again. This woman who I've been with for 8.5 years, who cooks my dinner, takes care of my daughter, and is the most understanding woman I've ever known in my life completely surprised me. And I thought I could totally anticipate her response, I feel like an idiot. Just wanted to share my story with all you who are scared, apprehensive, timid etc. about telling your spouse about your gear use. Give them a chance, they might surprise you- besides we owe it to them.
It's not only my house, it's her's, and my daughter's.
