I just had my appendix removed earlier this month. I spent 6 nights in the hopsital due to infection and also the fact that I had to be revived during the op. Which made my situation worse was the fact that I had necrosis of the appendix, which is when organ tissue dies and decays.....which caused the infection. I had a temp between 103-104 for 4 nights.
I lost damn near 20 pounds, but finally i'm starting to gain the weight back slowy but surely. I havent been this thin since highschool.
I hope knowone has a case of appendicitis like i did, it literally almost killed me.
