I live in a very hot climate and I'm used to colder weather. It's going to take me some time to get used to but talking to people seems like electrolytes are a smart choice, especially if you're sweating a lot. I work outside for a living. How much daily taurine would you recommend that I use?

Taurine isnt an electrolyte and doesn't contain any electrolytes but it does interact with them and your fluid balance as well as providing a number of other benefits to the cardiovascular system. I think it's a very cost effective product. I take 4g per day pre workout.

Bros, you can get n2guard. It already has plenty of taurine in it and it has other ingredients as well that you're going to need on cycle and off cycle.

Worked outside in Florida heat for years man, the salt and electrolytes keep you upright. Taurine helps with fluid balance, start at 2g a day and see how you feel, some go 3 to 4. Drink all day not just when your thirsty.
