Daily Routine For Critique, Diet ,cycle

OKAY FOLKS HERES THE DEAL. I HAVE RECIEVED A LOT OF ADVICE FROM THE BOARD AND HAVE COME UP WITH A DAILY ROUTINE AND CYCLE FOR MY BASEBALL ENDEVOURS. IWILL FIRST START OF WITH MY STATS:

25 YEARS OLD, 213LBS @ 17% BF. 5'-10" .RUN THE 40 IN ABOUT 4.9

I HAVE TRYOUTS COMMING UP THIS MAY AND WHAT TO BE IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE. IM ALREADY IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE NOW BUT WANT TO BE THE BEST. I HAVE POSTED A FEW TIMES ABOUT BASEBALL BEFORE SO LET ME START OF BY SAYING FIRST, . . THEY DONT TEST FOR JUICE YET IN THE MLB.
NOW MY DAILY ROUTINE STARTS AS THIS:

PROTIEN DAY

500AM RUN FOR 20 MINUTES

600AM EAT 4 EGG WHITES, 2 OZ TURKEY BREAT, ORANGE, 8OZ WATER

1000AM - 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE , 1 CAN OF TUNA, 1 TBS MAYO

1200PM - 6OZ CHICKEN BREAST, 2 CUPS SALAD

300PM - 1 CAN OF TUNA , 1TBS MAYO, ORANGE

PRE WORKOUT PROTIEN BAR

600 - 730 WORKOUT

POST WORK OUT PROTIEN SHAKE , HIGH IN CARBS

800-900 BATTING PRATICE

930PM - LEAN BEEF OR CHICKEN, CUP OF VEGGIES

1030 - COTTEGE CHEESE
1045 BEDTIME

CARB DAY

THE SAME EXCEPT THAT TNE BREAKFAST CONSISTS OF OATMEAL AND THE DINNER IS RICE, SWEET POTATO, BANANA, A VEGGIES

THIS IS ROTATED EVERY THREE DAYS

NOW THE CYCLE IM CONSIDERING TO ENHANCE THIS IS AS FOLLOWS:
TEST 1-10 @ 400MG /WK
ANAVAR 1-5 @ 60MG ED
FINA 6-10 @ 75 MG ED

MILK THISTLE, ALA AND CRANBERRY EXTRACT ARE ALL THINGS I WILL BE TAKING FOR LIVER AND KIDNEYS
AS WELL AS VIT C, AND A GOOD MULTI VITAMIN FOR THE LACK OF NATURAL ONES ON LOW CARB DAYS. I HAVE THREE MONTHS TO GET THERE AND KNOW IT CAN BE DONE. IF ANYBODY HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS ON THIS IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THIS BOARD HAS HELPED ME OUT A LOT AND KNOW IT WONT LET ME DOWN NOW. THANKS A BUNCH GUYS AND GALS
 
do you have the values of what you eat every day? calories, carbs, protein, fat? It would help everyone help you if you figured those out - if you havn't already...
Other than not knowing about the values of your diet everything looks solid.

not to be a dick, but i think that speed should be your main concern. 4.9 40? that could use some improvement if your going to camp. i ran a 4.9 @250 in high school w/ like 20%bf. do you have a girl? if not i would switch the test for winny to stay lean. its a personal preference, if you do your dick may die for a little while but imo it would be worth it if your serious about professional baseball. just a thought,

YEA I HAVE A FEW BUDDIES THAT ARE IN THE MINORS RIGHT NOW. I WAS GETTING LOOKED AT MY FRESHMAN YEAR ,WAS ON VARSITY TIL MY SENIOR YEAR. MY PARENTS WENT THROUGH A DIVORCE AND TO BE HONEST WITH YOU , BASEBALL WAS NOT MY PRIORITY. SO I SCREWED IT UP. I JOINED THE ARMY AFTER THAT AND PLAYED WHILE I WAS IN KOREA AND TEXAS. IM PLAYING FOR AN AMATURE LEAUGE NOW AND HAVE TRYOUTS THIS SPRING, WELL MAY THROUGH AUG. I REALLY WANT TO PLAY. MY PASSION FOR BASEBALL IS SO GREAT. THE JOY OF BEING ON THE FIELD IS SO AWSOME AND RELAXING.. I COULD PLAY ALL DAY. ANYWAY I KNOW IT SOUNDS MUSHY , BUT ITS THE TRUTH. SO ANYHELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS AGAIN MY FELLOW EF BROTHERS AND SISTERS
