Daily Log

So on tuesday, when I got back from work I was feeling pretty shitty about the day ahead, instead of doing legs I did like a power cardio session to clear my head, it felt really good. I hopped up on that bitch for an hour and did 4.5 miles in that hour, which is reasonable in my opinion.

I also ended up doing something I've never done in MY ENTIRE life, I ran for eight solid minutes listening to Eulogy by tool, it was so motivating and I was just in some strange sort of disturbing hardcore cardio zone, it felt fucking wicked as shit.

Then on wednesday I took the day off from pretty much everything, as I drove ashli to the airport and said goodbye to someone I really love who I won't see for damn near 13 months unless I go to aussie land.

Thursday (today) I got back into it, using all my emotions about ash leaving and everything to my advantage just giving it everything I fucking could, working hard on the form and the timing and really feeling the muscles do the work, I do chest and tri's today. I put up as much weight as I could on the machine press for 7, I worked superhard on the incline db press too, putting up 55lbs seven times on my forth set, it felt great, I just told myself I could do it and I did it, it was a sloooow seven reps. then I hopped on the cable fly's and really tried everything in my power to squeeze my chest on every rep, ended up pulling 65lbs a side for seven, was really difficult, but I just wanted to push myself, and with the same kind of determination I really pushed myself on triceps aswell.

Also I did about 25 minutes of cardio, 5 before to warm myself and 20 after to really amp up my heartrate, I didn't run for eight minutes straight this time, but I pushed myself again and managed to get seven straight minutes of running in, fucking amazing to me, so motivated right now, so angry pissed off, sad, happy, just using all my emotions and thrusting them into my workouts to do everything I can to be the me, I know I'm going to be.

sidenote : I must have worked my back and biceps out pretty fucking good, because my back has beeeen killling me for a while now, I still find it sort of weird that I don't get that instant pain after the workout it seems to take about 14-16 hours or so.

anything that I'm missing Omega, numbers this and that the other thing?

I've never felt so motivated to succeed in my entire life.

how is my diet looking, it's become sort of a routine thing now, I also drink like 4-7 litres of water a day. no more fucking pop, never again!
 
So had a killer leg workout yesterday. Started it off with about 20 minutes of intense cardio to warm myself up, get my heart going get amped up. ran for about 6 solid minutes during the twenty, really happy with myself.

Did the leg routine and some abs, through it down with the new rep scheme too. I was sorta adjusted to the old one.

Leg press set number 3 was like.. 550ish or so for eight.
Squats which I DESTROYED blargh! was 405 for eight really super fucking slow pushing it out reps, fucking loved it.

then I struggled to do like another 5 minutes of cardio after my legworkout. I did calves aswell.

Omega pls comment on my last two posts bro. ;p

Going to the gym after work today to hit back and biceps hard, I've been pushing myself alot lately trying to throw up more weight, working on my form keeping my movements strict. I feel alot stronger and healthier, fucking loving it.

My life is kinda shitty right now, but I'm using all my raw emotions to fucking destroy my workouts, just getting into the zone, loving it, every minute of it. I feel like I could live there right now, with all my free time that's the only thing I really wanna do.

Questions : When doing these routines, is it ok if after I've done everything in the omega project, if I throw in some extra shit, like I just feel like I want to keep going and pushing myself harder and crushing more fucking weights.

Also supplement question again :

So creatine ? (what kind, what to avoid)

will it really be that beneficial someone told me drinking 8 glasses of water a day is almost equivelant to creatine, but that sounds a little retarded.

Glutamine : anything to avoid anything to look for? again take 10 mg a day.

Anything else I could be taking to really help myself develope faster? NoExplode anything that might amp my workouts? ephedrine?

I should be paid on monday so I'm going to get some supplements.

Also any good multivitamine that you could recommend.

Hey i am not 100% there this week

but I see you fire, and I like it, I love the fact that you usingthe issues at hand and using it for the workout, thats very mature and useful.

keep pushing and drive

I also like how you plowed through on incline and raised weight and just did it.

On some exercises you just have to go balls out for a while like that till you stabilize and get used to it, Chest took ME along time to hit
 
So last day of week five, on sunday.

I got some supplements FINALLY! got some n.o. xplode which the lady told me was like creatine but better and you don't lose what you gain from it.

fuck that stuff was fucking INTENSE! hah

so I followed the new rep scheme 20 12 8 and drop to fail.

My arms, my forearms was so crazy pumped for the ENTIRE workout, it was insane.

I really fucking pushed myself harder on the pulldown, keep straight flexing it out as hard as I could and trying to lift as much as I can.

One arm rows were awesome, again I was like FUCK IT! I want to lift more! I'm going to hit up something, so I grabbed the 55's and did those for eight, FUCK did that kill. I did 40s for 12 too and 25's for 20. was awesome, wicked wicked.

Side laterals were intense, fuck I hate shoulders they hurt so much, but I faught through it. I did shrugs before rows like you suggested. I picked up 85 for 8, was pretty happy with my god damn self.

I did curls then reverse curls, I probably did like 9 sets of reverse curls though, because the pump was just so enjoyable. but the wierd thing is that my biceps don't even hurt today, not that much at least.

MY FOREARMS KILL THOUGH! fuck, haha.

My back kills too so does my shoulders!!!

I got glutamine and some wheypowder too on sunday.

should I take shakes even on days off, because I took this monday off because I was fucking exhausted.

I'm SO FUCKING ANGRY PISSED OFF IM GOING TO TEAR SHIT UP THIS WEEK SO HARD!!! SO FUCKING HARD!!! I can't wait, can't wait, so excited!

chest tomorrow with N.O. Xplode it's gonna be so amazing. I'm going to push harder, I want to do like 65 x 8 on the icline or maybe 70! (but that might be getting ahead of myself!) we'll see!
 
So week six day one today.

Did chest and triceps, and I hate how quickly my shoulders burn out!

I really pushed myself fucking HARD today, upping my lifts in everything other than incline db, but my triceps were so burnt out from the flat press machine.

So flat press my third set was 150, booyeah I was stoked, just working so hard to squeeze my chest and really working on flexing my muscle, my triceps got sorta burnt from this but it was worth it, ass my chest was pumped.

Also I took one and half scoops of N.O. Xplode after work because I was fucking super tired.

DB incline, on my third set I really wanted to do 65lbs I grabbed them, was pumped up but my triceps were to burnt out from the previous two sets, so I grabbed the 55's and repped them for 10 very slow controlled reps, felt fucking great my chest is sooo sore today.

On cable Fly's on my third set I managed to BARELY squeeze out 65lbs a side, I don't think my chest has ever been this strong in my entire life.

Triceps on my third set I repped 150 for 4 sorta overguessed myself on this, then I quickly dropped it to 135 and finished another 6 slow reps, really working on keeping my tricep flexed through the exercise.

One hand pulldown on my eigth I repped 40 for 10, fuck my triceps were killing soooo bad.

I did military press last, which might have been a bad idea, but I just hate it to so much, because I have ZERO fucking endurance in my shoulders but I'm hoping that will come. My eigth set was like 17.5 for eight, sadly. I don't have a smith machine at the gym I hit up in the morning, but I did it all and it felt great.

Also I started my workout off with 20 minutes of cardio pretty intense high paced, ended up getting about a 1.3 miles, going to do my legs tomorrow since they seem to be feeling pretty good right now, THANK YOU GLUTAMINE and whey powder, hehe.

reason I started with 20 min cardio today was to get all the blood flowing in my muscles maybe 20 was to much to start, but all in all I had a great fucking chest workout as it really feels sore right now, and that hasn't happened directly after a workout in a long time.

I really was working today on keeping my form in check and working harder and becoming better at flexing my muscles through the workout, had some sick pumps from N.O.xplode I really want to try amp02 though from all the rave reviews i've read on it.

week six day two

did legs, had eight solid hours of sleep, missed classes.. but they weren't very important today.

woke up took 2 scoops of N.O.xplode had three eggs and a small bowl of oatmeal, drank a cup of green tea with it.

went to the gym feeling pumped up, started with cardio because I wanted to get my legs going and put the blood in my system. did 25 minutes about 2 miles.. maybe to much.. but I just couldnt get off.. the N.O. xplode had my heart rate at about 138 which was crazy walking in cold at 138, but it kept it down when I ran for about another 8 solid minutes during the cardio, it would usually be up around like 185, but it was down to 175, thought that was interesting, it felt easier to do today.

then did legpress 3 set was 550 x 8.
heavy calves first, I might have messed this order up.
then squats third set was 435 x 8, in a squatcage because this new gym doesn't have a smith machine.
then light calves.

then I did my obliques, 20 x 3 sets of crunches and 20 x 3 sets of hyperextensions.

felt really good, I don't know if I've burned that many calories in my entire life.

came home had two schoops of on whey with a little bit of frozen fruit and some water and added about 6 (g? or mg?) of L-glutamine.

ate alot of tuna with broccoli, spinach, bit of almonds, and 3 different kind of sprouts, with a bit of pickle, and some pepper. felt pretty good though it was really filling, I had alot of protien, thinking about maybe throwing in a shake before I go to bed. but I've only been awake since.. 4pm, as I got home at 8am from work and crashed for 8 hours.

loved every minute of the day at the gym today, felt really good, I'm really liking the glutamine in my diet with the shakes after the gym, making me feel alot better alot faster. and the N.O.xplode really seems to be amping up my exercises, my focus, my intensity. Though I really want to get down to montana and get some Amp02.

hoping my back is feeling on point when I wake up going to get a good night sleep tonight and have a wicked day tomorrow.
 
Soooo week six day THREE dun dun dun!!!

Took my N.O.X was feeling pretty good.

My legs do not really hurt that much today, I'm going to credit that to onpoint diet and PWO shakes and L glutamine MMMMMM.

So had some really good pulls, pushed myself maybe a bit to hard on the first set of 20.

then I did Shrugs like omega suggested for a better feel in my back for one armed rows, I ended up doing 90lbs for 8 on my third set, I want to try straps but they don't have any.

then I did one armed rows, only was able to do 55 for 8 on my third set again, but I felt my form was better and that it was a little easier though still extremely difficult.

then did 4 sets of curls, then 4 sets of reverse curls, my biceps were killing, I use my biceps a fair bit during back trying to isolate my back more, but I think it's almost impossible to not use your biceps during the back workout.

then did the side lateral raises, cursing omega's name, because my shoulders always induce some extreme pain.

I did 5 minutes of cardio before the workout, had no time for cardio afterwards was worried about if I was going to have time to go at all, but FUCKING RIGHTS I DID!

UP NEXT CHEST!!! wooo I'm so excited for chest days, I don't know why but I'm really loving the chest workout and my chest seems to be really responsive to it.

Week six day FOUR barely made it into the gym, was humming and hawing if I had time, was like fuck it I can do it, I'm GOING to do it.

took my NOX!!! it's a done deal after that shit is in my system.

Chest day.. hurray.. so much fun!!

So went in feeling really good, was pushing hard on the flat press pushing myself, then onto the incline when TRADGEY STRIKES!!!! EGADS!!

haha so I finished my first two sets with good form and a great burn going in my chest, and I'm like fuck ya I'm going to do 60lbs today fuck 55's I'm going to do 60!!! so I was flipping through my ipod to get myself hyped on a badass tune, and it started acting all glitchy on me and wouldn't play anymore music, so I was like fucking pissed for a minute, but decided I wasn't going to let it ruin my workout.

so with my pissedoffness!!! (new word) I grabbed the 60's sat down took a couple deep breaths and repped up 10 really slow reps on my third set, it felt great.

then onto the fly's third set I repped out 65's for 8, fucking almost died.

then pushdowns two hands one hand, fuck my triceps were so full of blood by the end of this.

I DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR MILITARY PRESS!! :((((

I was almost late for work, but I'm happy I made it to the gym and got most of it done, tomorrow is leg day again, oh my fucking calorie burn day, hah, and I'm going to fucking destroy it.


QUESTION OMEGA!!! : My back and biceps aren't hurting at all from my workout yesterday and this has me almost worried, as if I'm either a healing to fast or not doing it right all of a sudden, which would be odd, but I just don't know why I'm not in immense pain, also my legs haven't really hurt at all, my mid section kills I almost died yesterday, perhaps my back and biceps will start to hurt soon. should I be concerned??

or is this just the glutamine and whey and N.O. taking effect making my recoveries a hell of alot faster then ever before.

ok awesome tastic, haha. some days it really hurts, like holy fuck I could barely breath yesterday my obliques and lower back and abs hurt so much, hah. but I hadn't trained them hard like that in a while.

I'm loving the routine, loving every minute of it! I feel like I could work out for the next 40 days in a row without a break!!! :evil: :evil:

but you probably would be against that, teehee.

is there such a thing as taking to many supplements? because I plan to get a bunch more, alot of people seem to rate fish oils very highly and BCAA? your thoughts? if I'm taking alot of supps is it hard on my liver and should I be taking milk thistle with it aswell?

Also on the PRE workout, NOX says better used on an empty stomache, should I be taking a shake before the gym aswell as after?

Yes there is such a thing

Lev2 recommendation I feel is pretty much perfected Supplementation and adds ALot.

I think excessive stims are bad, do to raising both cortisol and insulin. They also deplete and tax the CNS

this is why it so crucial to have no more then 2 stim "boluses" a day

1: AM

2: pre lift

So today I took the day off, because my obliques, abs, and lower back weren't in top form for the workout so I put it off for tomorrow.

BUT I STILL WENT TO THE GYM!!! ahah.. fuck..

week six day (5) woot woot 5 days at the gym in a week makes me happy, gonna be six tomorrow.

I basically just did cardio, I was on there for about an hour and twenty minutes, I went about 5 fucking miles, fuck you fat, fucking die, die die die!! buwahaha.

I also did the military press routine, with a bar in the squat rack, fucking ouch.

not NEARLY even close to as difficult as doing it after the chest workout.

so what of these supplements I want Omega sir?

oh well I'm going to try to do a bunch more cardio next week too.

Week six day (six) on sunday, just got to work a little while ago.

I did legs hit them hard again..

third set was 11 with 12 x 45 on the legpress.
third set of squats was 9 x 405lbs. (I know I know, but it's so hard not to want to squat big! it's good for hgh so I hear, hah)
did 3 sets of light calves with 25 on a side. (I did this before my squats)
then I did 4 sets of heavy calves after.
20 x 3 crunches
20 x 3 oblique extentions
20 x 3 hyperextensisons.

Omega, I got a bunch of questions for you, I know you're busy, but I assume you're almost done with level 2's and 3's getting them up and going.

you were going to email me your email like a week ago. :(

Anyhow recap on the week, all in all I felt it was a pretty good week, I'm taking monday off, and starting back against on tuesday, I can't believe I worked out six days in a row, but it was fucking awesome.

I'm going sorta on vacation to edmonton for a bit, but it'll take a truck ripping me in two pieces to stop me working out, though I am sad that I forget my supplements at home! FUCK! but I'm just going to buy some new ones in edmonton my buddy there owes me some cash.
 
So I'm in Edmonton on vacation for a bit with one of my best friends, but that isn't going to stop me from working out, though it will be difficult for me to log on frequently to post up my log, but I will keep it in my head.

So week 7 day 1 was yesterday on tuesday, this gym is fucking huge and my ass still is recovering from being anally raped for 12 dollar drop in, yooouch. also I forgot my supplements at home so I had to buy some more, double ouch, haha.

so I took some superpump250, good stuff. went and did back and biceps managed to do 65's on one arm rows on the third set, though I had difficulty doing it slowly after about the 4-5th rep as it was becoming very straining on my biceps and forearms, perhaps I should try lowering the weight next time. Biceps was very good and fairly intense, they were and always are already half burnt out from the back workout.

I only managed about five minutes of cardio yesterday after the workout. =( my diet sorta sucked too but I'm trying to watch myself. I also had an AMAZING 45 minute sauna last night with my bro in his store, which apparently burns alot of cals. lots of ping pong too, which might aswell be cardio with the way I was getting my ass handed to me.

week seven day (two) is taking place today on wednesday, I have already been to the gym for an hour I just did an hour of cardio almost went four miles tried to push myself but mostly just tried to be present and doing it. I popped like 4-5 ephedrines before and went on an empty stomache, I'm going to be going back to the gym in about 3-4 hours from now after I take my superpump250. this way I'll get my fucking 12 dollars worth, hopefully another sauna or a hottub tonight.

oh ya doing chest and triceps tonight, super fucking stoked, I love this day so much. =) especially the chest aspect of it all.

after coming back to the store for a bit and hanging out with my buddy and his friends playing some pingpong and some fooseball, I went to the gym to hit chest and triceps and military press. took my superpump250 which is freaking awesome, I really like the pumps better then N.O.X. though I'm taking almost full doses of it, just cause, hah.

had an amazing chest workout and tricep workout yesterday, managed 60 lbs 8 times yesterday, wanted more or to go higher but they have a different flat press machine here, the hammer strength which really seems to work alot better then the one I have at my gym back home, so I was little more burnt out in my chest then usual by the time I got to low incline, had a crazy pump flys were good pushdowns were great. Military press was still struggling 45x like 18 was so burnt out, but I can tell my shoulders are getting stronger even after the intense flies workout which really burn my front delts alot.

So I'm at the store now and tonight I will be going to gym to do legs, yey.

tomorrow night I am back at work, so I'll post up then, tomorrow morning I plan on going to the gym before I leave and hitting up back and biceps also.

also had another 50 minute sauna last night, woo.
 
so week five day three, I sorta got thrown off track in Edmonton, and I'll only be able to workout four times this week, SON OF A BITCH!!

did 435 x 10 but the last 2 were pretty shitty, like 1/4 rom, hah.

also did 610 x 12 on legpress, got crazy energy from my N.O.Xplode even though it made me shit like 7 times, fuck sakes.

had an awesome calf workout really squeezed it out.

back at home now, so my diet is doing alot better, yeeey.

back and biceps when I'm off work tomorrow, this is actually probably my least favorite day, just because my biceps are so sore by the time I get to them and I lift bitch weights, but hey! that's the way this thing goes, I'm going to try to really work on my form on my one arm rows, any form videos would be clutch, but I'll do some youtubing.

as far as one arm rows try this:

please shorten the range of motion by another 10% and really try to do burn outs in the mid-range of the movement. It will be very hard NOT to establish a mind muscle connection. Then when it starts clicking you can go back to normal.


i did this with cable flys for myself till it finally clicked

I did back and biceps, was a really good day, didn't have my asshole violated by N.O.xplode though I still did have to do the penguin shuffle when I got to the gym, lol fuck.

had an awesome back workout really worked on flexing my back during the pulldowns and keeping my form.

I took your advice on the one arm rows and it really seemed to help alot, I felt it alot more in my back especially on my left side, I need to work more on my right side.

but I managed pulling 60lbs 10 times on my third set, just working on the midrange form.

biceps were awesome, probably the best bi's workout I've had in a while, I was worried too because after pulldowns my biceps were screaming like I had just worked them to failure almost.

I managed to throw up 25lbs a side, plus the ez curl bar on regular curls (no idea what the bar weighs) it felt great, I really slowed it down and squeezed it out.

I wanted to cry though after reverse curls with the ez curl bar, I think I could only do like 10 lbs on each side by the time I got to my third set, can't entirely remember.

shrugs went really well too, really worked on squeezing it out at the top, managed to pull 85lbs 8 times.

All in all a pretty good day, neglected cardio though =( bad fc bad!
 
week 8 day 1 that was today, it's really like the start of the forth week that I've really devoted myself and dedicated myself to the omega project.

I love being at the gym, I could live thier right now, it feels so good.

chest day (my favorite day wee)

really worked on the push machine on flexing out my chest and it seemed to give it a better burn, was pushing more weight on my 3rd set then ever before, felt awesome.

low incline was pretty good too, I got a spot and managed to throw up 65 lbs 7 times, my arms were burning out before my chest though, I'm going to drop the weight back down for my next workout. I just wanted to try it so I did, and my spot blew ass, he had no idea what he was doing, lol.

took your advice on the cable flies too, really working on making that connection, I don't think I quiet good it though it did feel like a solid chest workout, I pulled 75lbs a side for 10 on my third set.

triceps I rock at this exercise, really good at flexing out that try during peak contraction, having a hard time getting the numbers up but my tri's are pretty toast by the time I get to them. I really enjoy the one handed triceps, fucking loved it!

I had no time for milit press or cardio as I was in a mad hurry to get to work on time.

Update, I'm probably still over 240, but I'm noticing alot of changes in my body everything is becoming alot harder and fuller, the vascularity on my forearm is at a place it's never been, I'm starting to see veins on the underside of my forearm near my elbow, two of them infact and I'm loving it, I've NEVER had that before in my entire life, not even when I was down around 230 last summer.

my chest is filling up and getting harder, my biceps, my triceps, my quads are especially getting harder and my calves seem to be higher and more full aswell, fucking loooove looove looving it.

QUESTION OMEGA!:

sometimes lately I'm starting to notice when I start working out that I don't always think my muscles have fully healed, I think they have for the most part, and I don't normally feel any muscle soreness because of the glutamine. I don't know if this is a problem or not, I don't think so, but what are your thoughts?
 
Week Eight day two.

leg day, fucking heck yes, even though I semi hate it, hah.

I did milit press today when I got there because I ran out of time yesterday. I managed 90 for 7 on my third set, I would have never been able to do this after the chest workout mind you.

then did side laterals 25x 8 on my third set.

legpress, 14 plates on er for 9 on my third set.

SQUATING WOO hah : 450lbs 11 times, with great form nice and slow on the down though my ups were a little faster, had excellent form and almost died when I racked that bitch.

then heavy calves, and hyperextensions and side obliques, no time for crunches today, going to do them later at work.

Question : I have a really hard time "flexing" my shoulder is there anything I can do about this?
 
week eight day three (this was yesterday on wednesday)

Back and shoulders today, I did what we discussed in pm Omega.

really worked hard on this workout, intense.

forth set of rows was 65 for seven, I continued to really work on the midrange to get the mind muscle connection to grow and it really seemed to make for a better workout.

I also was previous doing biceps wrong, I forgot that it was suppose to be 3 sets of 20, so I did 20 sets of 20 and 3 sets of 20 reverse, I almost wanted to puke and or cry after this was over.

Shrugs were really good, esp the way I trained them today, 4 set of shrugs was 85 for seven.

really worked on flexing everything today and really feeling the muscle trying to slow it down and grow the mind-muscle connections all in all a great workout.

I was unable to workout on thursday, due to an entire lack of sleep, cause I slept in, bugger.

I have a bizzare schedual this weekend, and I'm going to try to get to the gym again after today, which is chest fucking hell yes I can't wait to get off work and go hit my chest hard.

I'll probably have to find a 24/7 gym in calgary to drop in for one legwork on saturday or sunday. I'll keep you posted.

I'm having a difficult time doing cardio at the gym due to time restraints, but I'm going to start skipping rope at work.

I'll be sending you that barrage of questions today bro.
 
week eight day four, fuck I loved this day, I just didn't want to leave the gym at all.

chest and triceps, quickly becoming my favorite day, mostly because of chest.

so I had an awesome workout today, 4th set of low incline was 7 for 60 which felt awesome and really good, really worked for the pump and the squeeze.

on my 4th set of cable flies I managed to pull 80lbs nicely for eight the last two were really difficult but I just squeezed and pulled those fucking handles down, was awesome, really worked on my mid range and making that connection easier.

I did Military press before cable flies, I was amazed at what I could lift, since I couldn't even come close to it before 25 x the bar (which I was so far away from before) 15 x 10lbs + bar, 10 x 15lbs + bar 7 x 25 lbs + bar then bar + 2 2/4 lbs to fail, fuck I wanted to punch omega after this, haha. but it felt good to see such an improvement on an intense day, I couldn't even close to match this in the past.

pushdowns went really well, especially one handed those are my favorite by far.


followed by 10 minutes of cardio.

Now my delima is getting to the gym one more day this week, which I want to so fucking bad, so I'm going to likely find a 24/7 after my shift on sunday night to do legs so I can feel more complete on the inside.
 
Going to pop by a 24/7 tonight, if they charge me 20 bucks for a drop in, I'm going to destroy the gym out of rage with my awesome workout, maybe I'll do three workouts in one! hahah.

So unfortunately I couldn't find a 24/7 gym last night in calgary, I drove around for like an hour and made calls to all the huge gym's nothing open on a sunday, I wanted to straight up murder someone hah, oh well!

so I did my legs today, was a pretty good workout, but I quit smoking so I was really edgy/moody esp when this chica took my squat rack (sorta, I put my bottle of water there then I had to run to the washroom to avoid exploding in my pants fug, hah) come back and she is there.. and I'm like.. motherfuck.. so I did heavy calves instead of just sitting around and she still wasn't done.. I almost picked her up and body slammed here vertically into the mirror because that would have been wicked sick and made me feel alot better! all in all was a good workout.

Squats I did 425 x 7 for my 4th set it felt really good, slow and controlled, I'm going to do what we talked about though next time. =)

really excited/looking forward to tomorrow when I get off work, heeeck yes. =)
 
INCREDIBLE!! back day, probably the best I've ever had.

I think I've been taking a bit to much rest in the past, so I really focused on only taking 45 seconds of rest between sets, really pushed myself and worked hard on solid form. pulldowns felt great, they always do, it's very easy to flex contract that muscle at the peak moment. I'm really starting to get the mind-muscle connection with rows felt better this week then it did even last week, was awesome.

I did EXACTLY what we talked about for shrugs and Db side lats, holy fuck I wanted to throw up after, but it felt awesome, I also bent forward a bit on shrugs like you suggested and I could feel it more in my traps and upper back, I could also really feel the side laterals in my "BACK??"" more then my shoulders.. that was kind of wierd to me.. but I felt like probably a good thing considering it was back day, haha. =-)

I also threw down the 15 minutes of cardio pre workout, I did what you said you did, bike 5, incline 5, jog/run last 5. Was a great way to warm up.

Man I had ZERO Endurance by the time I got to biceps they were so burnt from the pulldowns and the rows, so I picked up the 20lb barbell, fuck ya I check my pride at the door for the sake of my workout, and I did 20 reps really slow and controlled really flexing my biceps at the peak, then lowering it slowly/repeat.

I did this 3 sets x 20, gad I wanted to die, puke, cry, haha. fuck it hurts!

then I did 3 sets of reverse, and I basically ended up with just the bar by the 3rd set of 20, and the 20th rep I pressed that bar down hard and cringed my face as the pain was excrutiating, I love it!

fucking love it!!

I also preloaded creatine like we talked about, for my chest day!! TODAY!!! COUNTDOWN LIKE 2 hours!!! WOOOOO!!!!!!!! hahahaha. =)

can't wait.

I should have done deadlifts yesterday!!! ><
 
So yesterday I had my chest/tricepworkout yey yey.. this was on wednesday btw.. incase peeps get confused by times..

basically I'm going to call this week (5) day (3)

It was an awesome and shitty day!!!

MOSTLY awesome though, again I really worked on keeping my rest times low 45 seconds or very close to, mostly because I think I had been resting to long in the past.

I also lifted more on my first three sets on incline so this really hurt my 4th set, well not to bad, not it hurt it still. I TRIED initially throwing up the 65's but I just couldn't push them past that initial fuck me point, then 60's same deal, got to 55's and railed out 9-10 clean good reps.

I did military press after this with a barbell on a squat rack, since we have no smith, I could do the bar initially 25 x I think I might have put a bit on, ugh I really can't remember today what my 4th set was. I take maybe about 2 minutes between sets on military press which I know isn't advised, but my shoulders are just SCREAMING with lactic acid as they burn out so fast. I usually stretch my rotator cuff inbetween sets to try to get the blood out so I can do more.

****EUREAKA!!!!****** moment

this was awesome on cable flies, I FINALLY got the motion down and the mind muscle connection and I felt the burn and the lactic acid from the VERY first set of 25 that was so wicked, It got me pumped for the rest. I repped out some pretty high numbers again I can't remember atm.

I kept all my rest times low except on military press, I also did 15 minutes pre cardio like discussed.

I took TODAY (thursday) off because my quad was still a little pulled, it's feeling great now and I'm stoked to go tomorrow even though leg day is a bit of a bore. =) going to do what we discussed.

also after wedneday I went to the sauna and did the cold dip/sauna for like an hour is that bad because I didn't take my PWO soon enough after? or is that not a huge issue?

thoughts? =)
 
oh shit, also something wierd sorta happened on my last set of one arm pulldowns for triceps, this burns alot and my last set to fail.. from 12-20 it was aching and burning so bad, then it stopped burning and I got like 32 reps an arm.. was just dead after, but the burn stopped, I have NO idea why that happened.

I got that white albacour tuna you were talking about wicked!

40+ grams a can! it's more expensive but this stuff is DELICIOUS!!! I was eating it out of the can no problems, I like it warmer then colder though, that's for sure.

should I be worried about the sodium content of this or not so much?

week (5) day (4)

So yesterday was my leg day and I went there feeling pretty good like I was going to destroy shit, and I pretty much did.

I did do what we discussed about not squatting heavy or leg pressing heavy.. -sniff-

it hurt me to do this, but I really don't need my legs getting any bigger.

So I repped out 22-25 (can't remember) reps on my (4th) set of 275lbs.

I also think I got the hamstring and glutes pretty good on the leg press I laid it back flatter and really just tried to squeeze it out.

all in all a pretty good damn day, again I did 15 minutes of cardio pre workout.

I also did my best to keep rest time as low as possible and I think I did a good/better job of this today aswell.

Tomorrow will be back day and I'm excited, going to get a good night sleep tonight and get fucking jacked tomorrow!

My friends are starting to tell me, I'm looking bigger and stronger.

fuck ya, always feels good to hear that shit.

I think I'm up around 260 now though! aaack, haha.

Brutally pissed off that my schedual fucked me again last week and I could only squeeze out 4 days.. (that's happened twice in a row and it's killing me inside!!!)

Week six (day 1)

SOOOOO last night I got 12 hours of sleep, which was awesome, and I

needed it this time, but I had a knot in my back, which still really fucking hurts..

guess what today was back and bicep day!

did I decide to not workout, or do something else, because my back was pinched and knotted!!!

NO FUCK THAT! IM A FUCKING SOLDIER!!!

so I worked out even with my super sore back, holy fuck.

Cardio was good and pretty intense, 5 minutes on the bike, 5 minutes on incline (went higher and harder on this) and 4 minutes jogging (went faster) ended with 1 minute of running as fast as I could.

popped my 24 mg of ephedrin, and commenced!! with the back workout!!! argh!!

Pulldowns went really awesome, I felt my form was great and that my flexing was on point and done in a timely manner, also kept my rest time low low for this.

then I went on to doing shrugs and laters before, one arm rows, the way we talked about. 7.5 for laters and 40 for shrugs again, fuck I was gased!

one arm rows went pretty good, though it hurt a bit on the right side when I did them, that's the side that is knotted/pinched up.

I did 70lbs for 6 on my 4th set, I'm not going to lie, my form wasn't great as I had to pull them up faster then I would have liked! :(

I made up for it on my last set though and really squeezed out the form and flexed the muscle.

My biceps were punishing agian as always, I really have checked my pride at the door when it comes to this routine, and I pick up the 20lb barbbell my biceps are pretty fried from back already, but I really work on slow good form and flexing at the peak contraction, the 16-20th rep are always so fucking painful, like stabbing in my bicep that I want to cry/kill someone, but I work through it. I managed to do 30lb barbbell 20x on my second set, but had to drop back down for my third set. I kept the rest low again. Reverse Ez Curl was good too, same thing, want to cry/kill someone hah.

I thought on my way to work, like fuck! I could have done deadlifts again so that sucked because that could have been fun!

All in all a good workout, one arm rows are still my weakest exercise as far as really feeling it goes, but I work really hard on it everytime I do it, I think I'm getting really close to getting it down pat. Working hard on my form and the mid range like we talked about. I think I have everything else down pretty fucking good now.

Really been working on keeping my resttimes low 45 seconds to sometimes 60 seconds if I slip up a bit, but rarely ever more, almost never even.

got some 50+ multivit today, and a shitloadmore of white albacour brown rice some veggies.. to spartan the fuck onward! and some greentea extract!

also got a couple more compliments today from people that I'm starting to look big, and one even said leaner which was awesome.

Wootoom actually said he could tell and to keep doing whatever I'm doing, and that it's working, he sees me every once in a while!

so that was fucking awesome, it's always good to hear.

I CANT WAIT TO GET OFF WORK!!! CHEST DAY CHEST TIME!! YEY YEY YEY YEY!!! excited for fly's again because I figured out how to really target the chest last workout.

so week six day two (CHEST DAY FUCK YES)

holy fuck this was suuuuch an awesome day, all my lifts were so much stronger.. thank you 250grams of protien!! thank you!! or was it the sizeon.. ha who the fuck cares it was awesome!!!

from flat press, I had pr's on the 4th set, and on incline another pr of 65 7 times for my 4th set, going to stick with 65 again and then perhaps try HOLY SHIT! 70?? woah that would be wicked. Fly's were 90 on my 4th set but this was very difficult going to lower the weight and just rep it out, better form easier to control, though I did get a burn like a motherfucker, triceps went awesome too. Military press sucked as always and I wanted to stab omega in the delt for the pain he causes me!! HAH!

then I got the worse massage after this, which fucked my back up more than fixed it! THAT WITCH!

oh ya did my 15 min of cardio ofcourse.
 
week 6 day 3 (leg day ugh fuck this one sucked)

so that fucking lady put 3 more knots in my back instead of taking the one out that was there, this really fucked up my entire day for legpress, I did the cardio just fine, legpress fine, squats my back got creamed.. then I tried deads.. holy fuck bad idea..

I couldn't complete core workout.. because I pulled my calf doing situps.. GRRR!#@!$@! oh well I tried my best, I took thursday off to rest and recoupe a bit, going to the gym when I get off work to really hit up back hard and effectively, my back is feeling mostly better and I'll carefully work through it like I did on monday!
 
Week six day (4) was last friday.. and back day..

I don't exactly remember the numbers because it was soo long ago, but I had a really awesome burn in my back and biceps.. especially in my lats.. which are starting to flaire out a bit.. really pushed myself hard on this day.. had a pretty awesome day..

UNFORTUNATELY!! IM A FUCKING DUMBASS!!

and I did something stupid on friday, which caused me to injure myself, the injury is starting to heal up, and I'm getting over what seemed like a short cold which had me run down and I'll be back at the gym tomorrow morning, fucking pissed off and vigorously ready to train harder then ever before.

Chest day, fucking hell yes, hopefully I can toss up 70lbs on incline or do 65lbs for 10, we shall see what happens, but I'm really going to push myself tomorrow, as I need it, because I feel empty inside for not working for 5 days, other news is I'm not letting anything else in my life get in the way of training anymore, because it's the little things like that, that are really starting to piss me off. =)
 
week seven (day 1)

HOLY SHIT finally back at the gym, I was so fucking pumped just to get back there and it was my favorite day chest day.

Cardio went 5 minutes on bike as hard as I could 5 minutes on incline really pushing myself, I couldn't jog because of the scab on me knee so I did another five minutes on the bike and really just gave it shit.

Had a good day of lifting, pushed more weight on the machine with better form,

I WAS like holy fuck a CUNT hair from being able to rep out 70's I just couldn't get it past that initial snag point, was soooo close though, so I had to regroup and drop to 60's for 11 on my 4th set. still felt good, really squeezed it out.

Cables felt odd today, maybe because I didn't do military press before them, it felt like I was burning out more of my front delts then I was my chest, so I'll have to revaluate that next time I go back and really focus on getting my chest burn again.

Tricep workout was insane, I don't think my triceps have ever been that pumped and I did a really good job of focusing on the pump and flexing the blood into the muscle, fuck it felt so great.

then I did military press last, which worked out alright, I still hate this exercise with a passion.

All in all a pretty good day, just happy to be back in it, sooooo happy.

Leg day tomorrow, I'm really going to focus on my calves probably do less weight and really focus on flexing the blood into the muscle and exhausting my calves working them really hard.

all the gyms are closed for the weekend, and I'm choked, this week is pretty much like a write off, so I'm going to do week seven again next week, I have set it up to use a bow flex tomorrow when I'm off work, because I figure something is better then nothing.

I'm feeling/looking slimmer today, so that's a plus! feeling great, and I can't wait to hit up the gym again, I've got my schedual changed so I won't work days on the weekend anymore to interfere with my workouts, and next week is going to be fucking EXPLOSIVE!!! I'm pumped for it.

I'm going to crush those 70lbs on incline, fucking CRUSH THEM!
 
Week seven Day one!

Amazing, oh my god, so great one of the best workouts I've ever had yesterday on my back, my entire back still feels swollen today and pumped full of lactic acid, this week is going to be fucking explosive as I'm tired of shit getting in my way of my five days at the gym.. well bad luck and work and shit like that.. oh well

IT STOPS HERE! no fucking more, or I'm going to end up going postal on some poor innocent gym trainers who have no idea what tehy are doing! haha.

lifted 70lbs for four on rows and it felt great, nice and slow and controlled, I also did it after my db lats and shrugs, which I think adds an extra little feel to the workout.

once I was done rows, I did some deadlifts, probably about 50-70 reps or so, then I moved onto to biceps and then I went home!

OHHH the scab on my knee is almost healed and I WAS able to jog yesterday, which is fucking awesome. =)

and even two shitty weeks, I'm still huge and more determined then ever. =)

Preloaded with creatine last night and ate all my protien and clean diet, getting ready for today to really crush 70's on the incline!
 
Yesterday I had an awesome chest workout, really pushed my numbers on the machine press, and tricep pushdowns aswell as made some great improvements on the military press.

I did hit 70 lbs on incline db, I got them up, fucking boo ya, but I could only muster like 3-4 reps before I got sort of cock eyed and had to let them down and go to something else, blah, next time.. 70's next time I say!!!!

so I just dropped to 60's and threw them up for 11.

All in all a great workout, still have to work on finding that sweet spot on flies again.

Going to do legs today. will post up later.
 
so had two more days off this last week on week seven.

back and chest again beacuse my legs are less important..

thouuuuugh.. unfortunately I seemed to have overtrained.. both my tri's and biceps are semi fried.. so I'm taking another day off tomorrow.. then hitting it up with 10% less intensity.. physical wall..

must be respect it..

even though I want to push bigger harder.. now.. I'll respect this.. and really work on my form.. and feeling the muscle..
 
Dying on the inside.. omegs told me to take 4 days off.. completely.. I took an additional fifth yesterday.. because I was still coughing up a lung, I'm feeling alot better tonight.. and I'm fucking dying that I haven't hit the weights in 5 days.. it's killing me..

going to crush my legs as soon as I'm off work, absolutely anhilate them!!! GRR!!! CANT FUCKING WAIT!!!!!!!! WOOOO!!!!
 
so week seven.. or whatever that last one was!!! after being overtrained getting sick.. I only managed to squeek in a leg workout, and I crushed my legs so bad, they still hurt today and that hasn't happened since like my first workout.

it was LITERALLY so bad that I could barely stand up everytime I sat down on my shift on saturday night, because my calves kept super tightening up, so I'm going to stretch those a little better, finally they are starting to come around.
 
week 8 day 1.

Yesterday I did back, still no more direct arms training for another week, and still sick well I recaught it at my grams bed again, blargh ugh!! whatever!! haha. =)

So I did back, just back, no direct bicep ;_;

it was a great day all my numbers were up, my lats were good my shrugs were great.

I ended up pulling 75lbs for seven clean on one arm rows, felt really awesome and I looked good doing it too, haha.

can't wait for today because it's chest day and I'm super elated to do a chest workout, soooo pumped right now cause it's been a while.

Still no more direct arms for a little bit, it's almost impossible for me to turn the intensity down by 10% though.. ... .... .....
 
week 8 day two..

Soooo sick today when I woke up I wanted to freaking cut out my throat, but I gargled some salt water and said fucking to hell with this shit, I'm fucking lifting, then I proceed to beating my fists in my chest making ape like noises.. anyhow.. took my pre workout stims, had little time before work.

Did a bit of quick cardio to warm up and proceed to lifting.

Machine press went something like this 25x90 15x120 10x155 7x180(new pr) then 11x140 or so, something along those lines, all I really remember was the 180.. awesome awesome..

then I proceeded to incline, which still felt really good, even if my lungs were acting up like a bat out of hell due to being full of icky fluid.

25x30lbs 15x45lbs 10x55lbs 8x70lbs (felt great really slow and controlled) 25x60lbs

I really want to try to push 75lbs on my heavy set next chest workout, I know you told me to turn down the intensity but it's so difficult! =(

cable fly's went something along the lines of 25 x 40lbs then 15 x 55lbs then 10x70lbs then 6x95lbs (I put a bit to much on here) then 12x60lbs.

The last three times on flies, I've had a harder time getting that feeling back in my chest, as the burn seems to be hitting my front delts before it really gets a good burn in my chest.

left out direct tricep workout because you said to wait another week.

also ran out of time for military press so I'll incorperate that tomorrow when I do legs. =)

Anyhow - I took leg day off yesterday because my legs weren't healed yet.. which was wierd for me.. but i had a bad couple of weeks prior to this one, so I'm going to demolish my legs this morning and it's going to feel great, because they are back to 100%.

Glad I am not the only one that has to take a break due to soreness. lol I couldn't do hardly shit on upper last night because I was still sore from Monday.
 
Blah fucking sickness is killing me had a great workout on friday, just wanted to workout..

squated 455lbs 8 times, it felt great, I did mostly sort of a full body workout, I know bad idea.. but I'm not going to lie on here ever.. that's not what this is about..

took saturday and sunday off due to drinking, slept like 14 hours on sunday as I finally wasn't working, and took some Neocitrin and half a bottle of NyQuil and shit like that to feel better, still not feeling 100% tonight but got alot of orange juice.. and some Neocitrin and I'm going to have one fucking awesome workout in the morning to really start this week off right..
 
Also I'm going to do direct arms workouts again because it's been two weeks! heck yes!!!

Omega should I be concerned at all with phase two, or should I just continue do phase one stuff until I do what you've outlined in your last PM?
 
Awesome amazing chest day yesterday, even though some crazy fucking bitches where do this fucking god damned ass annoying circut of weight training right around the free weights in my time ass mother god damn fucking son of a whore gym, that really pissed me off and delayed me on incline from set to set.

I was soooooooooooooooooo close to doing 75lbs for reps another milimetre past that stuck point and I would have been able to rep out at least 5-7 I'm sure. anyhow so I dropped back down to 70 for my 4th set and repped out a clean 9 reps it felt great. Going to preload with creatine before I hit chest again those 75's are mine damnit!! fucking mine I say!!!!! buwahahah.

I also went up alot in the flat push machine 4th set was hitting 190's which is up alot from where I started and on the closer end of the entire rack, the flat machine really burns my triceps out quiet alot, but all in all it felt really good.

Had a good military press.

I pulled off the 15 minutes of pre cardio that I haven't done in a while like since I've been sick and it's driving me crazy.. oh well I'm almost better I feel better health right around the corner haha..

Going to go home and sleep for a few hours then hit back, then come back to work etc etc. I'll sweat this fucking cold out yet!
 
Also again should I worry about phase two at all or doing anything different, or just about what we've discused and continue with phase one.. I know you're a busy man.. =)
 
Was sick as a dog this morning and underslept only had two hours of sleep so I took some NyQuil and it pretty much put me into a coma, I didn't wake up until 5:46pm and I have to leave for work at 5:45 needless to say I was fucking late!!! arghhurghhhh

and unable to do back, but I still have enough days left to complete 5 days of working out this week, and nothing short of a natural disaster or medical emergency will stop me.

I'm going to fucking row 80's tomorrow yaaa baby yaaaa, I'm going to meditate sit here and visualize it, it's going down!

You realize that telling me you're on the project too.. while being in the private omega project forums is a bit redundant don't you!!!! I hope you do realize that! ;p plus we already had this convo about you being "on it" =)

Ugh so un thursday I did do back and I did hit the 80's on hammer pulls for like 6 felt good, but drained over all during the workout..

I decided with being sick for 3 weeks, after talking to Lb and myway and some other good peeps, that being sick and working out were not aiding one another at all, infact probably making each other worse then they needed to be.

So I vowed after thursday that I wasn't going to workout until I was fully better.

Two girls forced me to go the emerg with tehm today to see a doctor, even though I got like 20 hour sof sleep on friday-saturday.. mmm felt good.. but not that good..

Soooo I have pretty severe broncitus.. HA! fuck me.. lol and my stubborn no doctor ways!!! =(((

Gave me 3 different kinds of meds, 1 inhalable steroids and 1 strong steroid only 5 days worth.. say sI might get a bit of bloat and oily skin.. bastige.. and a bunch of antibiotics..

already feeling a bit better.. said I should be up and 100% in AT MOST five days.. so as much as I want to work out, I'm going to continue to take it easy.. let myself get fully rested and such!!!

Just wanted to update, I feel stupid for working out for the past 3 weeks, even if they were lax weeks and not that productive.. sickness + working out ==== bad!!!!
 
don't feel bad bro.

i have to be bleeding out of my eye sockets before i see a doc.

we are MEN!!! men don't go to the doctor lol.

when you train with intensity it lowers your T cell count and

therefore lowers your immune response. rule of thumb is if

your sick from the neck up, training is ok, below the neck

then training is a no no.
 
Still not working out yet lungs are full of fluid still

the steroids they got me on are starting to make me bloat like I have pms, cock fucking whore!!!

Omega you told me to start on phase 2, but I need phase two sexy sir. I don't have it. =) do you need any information?
 
About 90-95% recooperated from what almost now seems like a crippling illness, gaaah I was sick for a long fucking time, that was really shitty..

Well I think I've rethought out my motto when it comes to avoiding the doctor for such long periods of times and hoping to get better and just constantly putting myself in worse health by training harder, sleeping less and things of this nature, lesson learned.

I'm going to go run on the treadmill when I get off work for an hour or so see how the energy feels and bleed out some of this water..

then I guess I'll spend the next.. however long just upping the intesity back up, until I go onto the next phase.
 
awesome cardio workout, was on the treadmill for about an hour and a bit, I think I got rid of most of the water and it was just great to get my heart rate up that high again, I'm going to hit up chest today, and I can't fucking wait, seriously the hightlight of my recently is going to be chest today.

starting to feel almost 100% again, yeeey..
 
So are you back to 100% then? Good deal if so stay strong because like your sig says, you gonna be on that banner some day w/ your work ethic. Its funny how all this fitness can take anyones health down a notch from time to time but we always come back stronger & hungrier to lift..

So anyways.. I worked out today yeeey first day back.. I worked out after being awake for like 28-29 hours.. and it was INTENSE.

especially since I'm doing that thing we discussed in pm.

wow is all I've got to say, going to take about a week to get back into the swing of things, but I'm soooooo joyfully looking forward to it.. ahhhh it's good to be baaaaaack....
 
Incline max was 50, I tried 60's but I couldn't even get them up.. wow.. this was so different and shocking.. my tricepts are soooooo burnt..

I loved every second of it!

this training style epitomizes intensity. i'm drenched 10 minutes into

the routine and by the end, i'm finished done kaput!!!

i was big and lean before i started the "project" now i scare little children

and old people lol. :worried:

Thank god that phonecall gave me like a 3-4 minute breather.. aha!!!

though I think it'll be easier once I get adjusted to the new set scheme familarized, and it almost felt like my first time working out again.. because shit it had been about 11 days since that last thursday before the illness really started to kick it up a notch.

can't wait tooooooo fucking rape all the weights in the gym.. well.. they are going to be girly weights so really I mean my body..
