JWO02 can hate me all he wants. It's fine with me.

He got all hurt in his butt when I called him out for saying ridiculously stupid things and telling people to "just take everything" when it came to cycle advice. I told him it was idiotic and immature, and he couldn't take it like a man.


Then another thread I was invovled in, he thought he would just hop in and start giving me shit because I told him off for being clueless, ignorant and immature when it came to cycle advice.


When I see bullshit, I call it. Maybe my tactic was a bit rough, but I don't want clueless noobs wandering around giving people super shitty cycle advice and people getting all messed up.

Newb got bent out of shape when i told him to stop giving horrible cycle advice a couple weeks ago.

So, he has since then conspired within himself to make an attack on me at any given opportunity. He made an attempt and = FAIL

You're not a pro bodybuilder, you don't train like one, so you can't eat like one.

I train to get the best results for me. I have it figured out for myself thus far. Have you? Oviously not by all your posts stating how unsure and timid you are about eating an extra 5 grams of carbs. Oh, and getting wasted on the weekend really helped you out too. Plus the fact that you have made almost zero progress tells me you know nothing.

Your statment makes no sense at all. How is my level of developement and my traning style in anyway correlated with my ability to eat like a pro bodybuilder?


All I ask is you stop giving people advice on how to eat.

Ask away. and when people take into consideration my ideas, and they get bigger and stronger, they'll thank me. When they listen to you, and eat 1500 calories a day, they'll get smaller and weaker and conclude that you are a dumbass.

Taking advice from you on how to eat is like taking advice from Tiger Woods on how to play basketball.

Tiger Woods can dunk, and he's a great shot. Just cuz he isn't an NBA all-star doesn't me a brutha can't play ball.

I've gained 50 lbs, put 190 pounds on my max bench, 3 1/2" on my arms in 1 year exactly on saturday. Anyone who can do that has a clue. How much lean mass have you gained in the last 3 months? According to some of your posts, it is -5 pounds (to 176 from 181). Good work my friend. Very good work
