A little introduction,
im 44
183cm tall
starting weight 112kgs now 108kgs approximately 18% bodyfat, aiming for 12%.
I used to be a powerlifter in the past, I am now wanting to be bulletproof and an inspiration to my kids.
The plan has begun:
- 2400 calories a day, protein 230g carbs 200g and fat 60g
- I have been doing 4.5 hours a week of zone 2 cardio
Currently only running Test E EOD @250mg per week.
