First of all, part of the bloat is increased blood volume whichequates to more nutrients and more growth .And bloating is also responsible for the increase in strength. It's funny, people take creatine to gain water weight, then they take drugs which do it much better and they want to stop the water weight! ...
I agree with NM. I get lots of water gain when I do orals. I just started my current cycle, beginning weeks 1-6 with D-bol, Test., and Deca, and I gained TEN POUNDS in one week. Of course, it's mostly water, but I don't mind the bloaty thing, so long as it doesn't get out of control. I'm convinced that the water retention helps with strength and in providing some "cushioning" for the joints. So why fight it during a cycle, just go with it, and then get rid of it after the cycle. I lose my water gain naturally quite quickly after a cycle, usually dropping it all in a week or two, and then looking really cut.
