Everybody feeling negative here better take a step backwards, take a deep breath, count to ten, and realize that self control better rule over any of this bullshit. we all have real lives outside of these forums, and whether you're handing out the bs or taking it, get a grip and don't let it get to you. Think twice about being a jerk, and think twice before taking it personally.
BRR and other mods have made it clear they will ban members who act out in such a way on either side of argument.

To honestly answer the original posters question, it's probably in the best interest of all concerned that he (your friend) join the forums and speak for himself. That way there's open dialog, he can read up other very informative posts, do some (obviously well needed) reasearch, and make an informed decison when the time is right. Just my .02
