i take 4 dbol 10mg a day, and yes, have trouble sleeping. now i take one in morning, one at lunch time and my last 2 together around 5 or 6 so i'm not taking one right before bed...
I just started doing cardio,I work nights 6pm-2am so I usually sleep till 11 or 12 go to the gym and hit cardio for 20min,come back and try to nap,which ain't happening right now,I just started taking taurine for the BP,although right now after 5 hrs sleep and I just did a back routine I feel like I could sleep for weeks.These Thais must be real potent.
