I don't know what kind of work you do bro, but when I worked nights I would do Cardio after work and rotate calves with abs. I would then hit the gym before work, but made sure I had enough time to eat and maybe take a cat nap.
It seemed to work for me, at the time, damn I hated those night shifts now looking back. It really seemed to consume all of my time, if I wasn't eating, sleeping or working out I was working.
