D-bol, all at once or split up?

Back on another d-bol cycle, and the age old question arises.... Do I take it all in the morning; all before my work out (usually around 8:00 pm) or spread it through out the whole day like I usually do.
I know d-bol has a half-life of around four hours, but I get a higher peak dose if I take it all at once. All my research keeps bringing up different info. Anyone got any experience with this? I am going to take around 30-40 mg ED with 600mg of test enth.

you already know the half life so why the question bro...split it up.....
 
I only ask because, I have read a few articles about how it is actually better to have a high spike in your blood levels in the morning when test levels are highest, or right before you work out... just wondered if anyone tried this and what the results were. Could be bullshit, I don't know.

well you could always give it a shot and see what happens, no one here can predict whats going to happen within your body bro...easiest way to settle whats bullshit and whats not is to try it for yourself......its worked well so far for me
 
Split it up bro, but from what I've been told, you don't want to split it up into too many doses as if you do more of it will be bound to SHBG in the blood. maybe just two or three doses a day. But boops is right, try it out for yourself bro...

Take it all ayt once. I have taken in split doses and all at one time and I get the same exact results. Do what ever works best for your body. we all respond differently to our steroids.

Yeah Outlaw posted a thread about how he is doing it all at once and I think he likes it better, but I'm not sure. I'm going to try it all at once before work-outs this week and see how it goes.
 
I was going to try the all at once theory because I've always split it up into 3 times at 10mg each. How long before lifting should I consume it so it is fully disolved into my system?
 
All at once if the dose is no more then 10mg and take in the AM. If you plan on running a higher dose then spread out starting in the AM and taking them evey 3-4 hours... Good Luck
 
I would'nt mind trying it only on my training days but I only train every 3 or 4 days, It just seems like it would really yo-yo my blood levels.

I do half before my workout then half right after. During non-workout days I usually just take one dose. I really don't think it matters in terms of gains.
