Ok so i just started this bulking phase. I have been on it for 2 days now lol.. But i have been using Whey Protein.. and im wondering if i should Use Cytogainer instead? Thing is i only Weigh 147 right now, and I'm 5'10. Just wondering if i use Cyto is it going to turn into fat or what.. A normal day for me is, no breakfast which i should be doing but i cant think of anything to eat in the morning.. But I eat school lunch.. Dont know how many calories it has or what.. But when i get home I eat some chicken 2 pieces = 49g of protein.. and some amount of carbs i dont have it with me right now so dont rly know the exact amount.. Then i drink my Whey protein shake.. wait 30mins then go and work out for about an hour or more.. What i normally do there is.. Bench 5x5, Curlbar 5x5, Squat 5x5, Chest press 5x5, Incline press 5x5, Dumbbell curls? dont rly know the name but 5x5, then i do 53 push ups. Then i drink my Whey drink after all that.. then i get home, and eat some more chicken and clam chowder.. Now also im wondering should i be drinking lots of water? cause i normally dont drink alot of water i normally drink Diet Drpepper... Also im wondering if my meal are great ? or sucky? i would like some recommendations on what to eat in the morning and threw out the day at school.. sorry for the long text..
