Cytogainer good for me? Or Whey?

Ok so i just started this bulking phase. I have been on it for 2 days now lol.. But i have been using Whey Protein.. and im wondering if i should Use Cytogainer instead? Thing is i only Weigh 147 right now, and I'm 5'10. Just wondering if i use Cyto is it going to turn into fat or what.. A normal day for me is, no breakfast which i should be doing but i cant think of anything to eat in the morning.. But I eat school lunch.. Dont know how many calories it has or what.. But when i get home I eat some chicken 2 pieces = 49g of protein.. and some amount of carbs i dont have it with me right now so dont rly know the exact amount.. Then i drink my Whey protein shake.. wait 30mins then go and work out for about an hour or more.. What i normally do there is.. Bench 5x5, Curlbar 5x5, Squat 5x5, Chest press 5x5, Incline press 5x5, Dumbbell curls? dont rly know the name but 5x5, then i do 53 push ups. Then i drink my Whey drink after all that.. then i get home, and eat some more chicken and clam chowder.. Now also im wondering should i be drinking lots of water? cause i normally dont drink alot of water i normally drink Diet Drpepper... Also im wondering if my meal are great ? or sucky? i would like some recommendations on what to eat in the morning and threw out the day at school.. sorry for the long text..
 
Man definatly eat breakfast. Don't miss it! A few eggs a glass of milk and some oatmeal with a bit of protien powder sprinkled on top.. Breakfast of gainers lol. I use cytogainer. Usually 2-3 shakes a day. One morning. One lunch if i can swing it (work puts me on the road a lot) and one in the evening after supper. I am looking for a good post workout shake to add in to give me a few more cals and a bit more protien but i'm wheying (pun intended) my options lol. Good luck man.

One more tip. Try grilling some burgers or chicken breast and when u get home from school eat a few. Stay full and lift hard. You'll gain.
 
Okay well this morning i had a Breakfast drink that has 2x the protein of eggs and all that good stuff.. So i guess ill use Cytogainer before i work out and after? Instead of Whey protein or what?? lol, and nice pun i like it.. And thanks! Also im wondering on days that i dont work out should i still eat alot and take my protein shakes or what??

Hey bobsaget12. Well im not that experienced, but i know alot of people and i have gotten tons of help from them to help me out. And looks like you had the same problem as me, except i don't eat as much meat as you after school. But it looks like you are nto eating enough calories before a workout, so you must be getting tired/exhausted quickly and not able to lift very long?

Well then if that is the case, i suggest trying out Mutant Mass 15lb bag. I take that just an hour before my workout, 2 scoops (500calories) and it really helps. The people i talk to however say to have 2 scoops in the morning, and 2scoops before your workout but it is very high in sugar (for me is bad for acne) so i limit it just to 2 scoops a day an hour before my workout. I highly suggest getting this (mutant mass) and, i am looking into something other than whey protein 100% gold standard ( i personally think its garbage) so i will let you know when i find something else that helps with calories and energy.
 
Well nah i dont have a problem lifting i actually do alot almost 2 hour workouts if not more.. but im just wondering if i should use Cytogainer instead of Whey because i dont eat much before workout which is correct but i rly dont get tired/exhausted that fast.. But Thanks ill have to look into that.
 
You need BigBlast by proteinfactory.com and Gear by needtobuildmuscle.com. Throw that junk away or stop while your at it. I wish you would give the Bigblast a try, its superior and is the Best weight-gainer on the planet!! You need to do some research on it, you will change your mind. This protein is for real!! Gear is the icing on the cake, a concentrated form of super protein in each capsule and BigBlast has it as well, just not so concentrated like the capsules. The BigBlast has other components that are important to make the shake work.

Throw all that other shit away. All of those marketed giants have nothing but garbage and way too much sugar.
 
Cytogainer is a very good gainer , low in suger and fats added creatine good postwork out .
