Any opinions here? Only looking to use 2 scoops pre-workout and 2 scoops post-workout..rest of the time good ole tuna out of the can > Blah..thnks..I did notice about 75g of carbs in the 4 scoops total..bit much or eating the lean tuna for the rest of my meals with no carbs would make it ok or not a biggie? I also chose it because of the ease of mixing..and the added creatine mono in it..any opinions/feedback would be appreciated..
