cynomel dosage

If you have had to answer this before, sorry to bring it up again. I have 25mcg cynomel. How should I take it (dosage and length of time)? Can you take it without using anything else and get results? Should I use clen with it?
I work out and cardio, eat all the right things. I have no questions about that.
Stats:
5'4"
123 lbs.
My goal is to leaning out.
