i am a first time user and in the second week of cyctahoh 250 been working out 5 days a week and increased my calorie count----when do you start seeing gains
 
well i did cyctahoh at 500 a week and never saw a drastic increase at any point in time, it was very slow and consistent, but by week 5 i was up ten pounds, and overall i gained 21 lbs but that was with ip winny for the last 3-4 weeks, you should start to feel really good pumps and strength increase at week 4 to 5, it feels great. give it time and patience, and keep up on everything and see what happens...later
