jugarelly, congrats on your accomplishments, you deserve it. Since gains have plateaued, one thing that has worked for me in the past is adding more real food to your diet. for example, you could add 6-8 eggwhites and/or oats at 8am w/ your shake or wholewheat bagel w/ tuna at 4:00, etc... Just some suggestions, but great job so far. Good Luck.

You are proof positeve that the diet is the deciding fator. It just amazes me when I tell people that their diet is hindering their gains and they look at me like I'm stupid...

We have tweaked that quite a bit from where he was at if you add the calories they are over 4k.

Indeed. I'll be bumping up my caloric intake by almost 1,000 calories a day. As all of you know it can be difficult to eat that many calories in a day. So, JAM hooked me up with a weight gainer that should make it much easier on me. I've always steered clear of weight gainers because so many of them are way to high in cholesterol, but this one looks good.

You guys have done quite a job, congrats. How about some before and after pics?

We will be monitoring his weight and doing pictures every 2 weeks as we progress. If he wants to post his starting point pic up that would be great also. He is starting with a very solid base and lean start so it will make things fairly easy.

Also each of these shakes are close to 800 calories each. I do not believe much more than that is necessary in a siting to put on quality mass. They contain over 120 grams of carbs and around 50g protein.

Nice. 1 comment though. That's not 9% BF. Still fairly lean, but someone at a true 9% would have their abs well defined without flexing.

That's a low 8%. 9% isn't that much different. You are more like 12-13%, that's what I am. That's okay, with this stack you are gonna get huge as crap and super strong.

But I dunno about well defined abs relaxed @ 9% Maybe 6%

I guess the term "well defined" is relative, lol. If you think well defined as in super ripped, then yeah 6%. But I was thinking more like the lower abs show through and are easily visible. Just check out the pic I attached to the previous post as an example.
