jugarelly, congrats on your accomplishments, you deserve it. Since gains have plateaued, one thing that has worked for me in the past is adding more real food to your diet. for example, you could add 6-8 eggwhites and/or oats at 8am w/ your shake or wholewheat bagel w/ tuna at 4:00, etc... Just some suggestions, but great job so far. Good Luck.
You are proof positeve that the diet is the deciding fator. It just amazes me when I tell people that their diet is hindering their gains and they look at me like I'm stupid...
