Cycling circuit training with heavy lifting

I have already dropped 15 pounds on diet and cardio and light lifting. Goals are to drop 25 more pounds and keep / add lean muscle mass. My diet is pretty clean with 55% protein, 25% carb 20% fat. With these goals in mind, what is your opinion on cycling circuit training every 2 weeks with heavy lifting.

EX:

Circuit: M/W/F/Sun - One exercise per body part, total 10 exercises, no rest in between, with 3 sets of 18-20 reps and med-light weight. Really gets the heart rate up and I am wiped out after this workout. Do this routine for 2 weeks

Heavy: M/W/F - 2 major muscle groups per training day, 8 exercises total, 3x6-8 reps, heavy weight. Do this routine for 2 weeks. Keep cycling workouts in 2 week intervals.

Any opinions or suggestions?
 
I think that one key way for you to retain muscle while you lose weight is to lift heavy in the gym, period. Your diet and cardio amounts will be more of a determining factor in your bf loss.
