has any1 had any success with cycling calorie ratios week to week?im thinkin of giving this a go.im gonna try comin off a p-50 c-25 f-25 diet and increasing the carbs by bout 300% 4 a few weeks (100g to new 300gs total.i tried carb up but i just dont burn fat now at all..so wot do u reckon?ill keep total calorie intake identical with plenty cardio
