Cycles of the old days... Arnold, Frank, Hulk, Mike and others.

Was wondering if anyone know anything about the cycles the early BB-guys used. I know that a lot of the guys back in the 70s used 10-20mg dbol a day. At least it is what was stated. However looking at old pictures of the different people, you can see absolutely dramatic changes over pretty short periods of time.

Question is if anyone know about cycles used by famous bodybuilders, wrestlers, Boxers.

What cycles would Hulk Hogan, Mike Tyson etc use to reach their goals. Maybe we will never know for sure, but what do you think?

Would be really cool to get some brainstorming going on the topic.

I used to train with Dave Draper back in the 70's ,the Dbol back then was german lugwigs Potent as hell ,20 mg for 12 weeks i gained 25 lbs and kept 22 of it!

Yeah I'd be interested in this too. Those guys were huge and I can't imagine it was just from some occaisional Dbol or Primobolan cycles! But regardless, those guys were genetically gifted, so that's why they were the top of thier game.

according to articles I've read Arnold ran 100mg of primo ED (which at the time was considered insane) and he ran 50mg ED of dbol. he loved both of those and who could blame him?

he also worked out twice a day 6X per week and ate like a (insert animal that eats a lot) as well as had oxygen tanks waiting for him after his intense 50 minute workouts.

and i agree with 90% of posters on here his look was much better then the scary sh*t you see today.

Radar: Awesome!!! =)

Steve: I agree, Arnold is by far the best looking bodybuilder of all time. The symetry of that guy was just too perfect!

In the late 70's HGH became commercially available (from cadavers) and it was synthesized in 1985.

That's the difference between the godlike physiques of the 70's and the freaks-of-nature competing today.
