im doing sust and decca. the first week i took 125 mg sust one day and 125 mg sust 30 hours later and 150 mg decca 30 hours later. iwas trying to space it out so i wouldnt feel all shity. im just getting over test flu , starting to feel a little better im supposed to dose again tomarrow its been 8 days. Now my question is how should i be doing this and will my test flu start all over again?

Um jsu shoot them at the same time. Do 250 sust every 4 or 5 days and what ever dose of decca, lke 200 or 300 or what ever.

This guy at my gym, i didnt think it sounded right. so i should just do it all at once? what like every seven days?
