Did my third shot of sust and eq last night. Weighed my self yesterday morning too, up 9 pounds. I'm assuming that's mostly water from the 30 mg of dbol ED and change in diet. I've been taking 20 mg of nov's each day as well, I thought it would've gotten rid of most of the water. My liquidex should be in today so I'll start that at .5 mg EOD and see how that does will shedding the water.
Strength was up a little bit on friday, and way up today, was getting an average of 4-5 reps more on the big lifts.
