hey guys 5 days into cycle, am doing drol 50 mg ed now/ and doing 400 mg eq a week now!!, will go down to 300 though!!
im having great pumps and im up 6 lbs!!! very happy im at 190 on the dot!!!!
now my diet consists of this
breakfast 8:00 tin of tuna
bowl of vector
banana
25 mg anadrol
10;30 protien bar with juice( 35 g of protien
1:00 chicken michelinas, tin of tuna, sandwich
4:00 : brown pasta, and a chicken breats or oher protien sourse
(before workout)5:30 10 g craetine 5 gramns of glut, 2 grams of ribost, 25 mg anadrol fo course
(post workout) 7:00 4 scoops of enlarge ,
before bed
3 scoops of isopure(50 g of protien, banana, 3 cups of milk)
protien about 280 grams
carbs 400 grams
100 grams
about 3700 calories
my question is does this look good for bulking? and do you think the pump will get better than today? i woke up pumped to day!
