Cycle up date

Up date on my d\bol sus cycle.
Well haven't gone up in body weight much but my
strength went up a great deal.
Bench press 1 rep max 155 to 225
dumbell bench 75 to 105
Incline 135 to 185
dumbell 55 95
stright bar curls 95 to 135
squats 195 to 275.
well any way u bro's get the picture Haven't taken
all my measurements yet just arms neck legs
neck 14 1\2 in to 15 3\4
Arms 14 1\2 to 15 3\8
Legs 22 to 24 1\2
Body weight 170 to 180
 
Sorry for got that info 6 weeks in 30mg d-dol
250 mg sus every 7 days. dripping my d-bol down now
gonna come of slow and low.

not bad bro.....i know this kid he is 150 and his arms are 15in NOT pumped....gentics......but you got a great cycle with GREAT gainz...

Even more important than any anabolic you're taking.
 
Thanks bro's I'm training like an animal I've always
have had trouble gaining. My next cycle will be better
I just figured this would be a good first one.
