I have been bouncing ideas around in my head about an ideal cycle for shredding and hardening whe adding quality lean mass. The thought that came to mind was the following:

Primo
I have recently become a convert to and huge fan of EQ given the results of my current cycle. However I wasnt sire whether it would add anything when the cycle already includes Primo (habent used so still learning about it) and was hoping to get some thoughts on it from those more knowledgeable.
To follow the rules: I am 37, 6' tall and 202 pounds with 7.5% bodyfat as og measurement last week. This is less for an immediate cycle than it is for learning and longterm planning.
