Looking for suggestions for a first cycle. 23yo, 6'3," 190Lbs, 14-16%bf. mostly concerned with gaining strength but would like to keep 10-15Lbs after cycle. I already have aifm on hand but need pct suggestions for whatever cycle you suggest, Thanks Guys!

There are many cycles that will help you achive your goals as in the end, it all boils down to your diet. IMO 500mg/week of Testosterone for 8-10 weeks would be perfect! cheap and effective

How have your lifts moved over the past few months? The reason I ask is that you are quite light for someone at 6'3" especially at 15% BF. I tend to think that, unless you're an ectomorph, which I don't think likely at that BF, you have a great deal of natural mileage left in you and it'd be inefficient to jump onto gear at this stage.

Natural training and an improved diet are probably all you need for at least another couple of years. Train to get stronger and the extra size will come so long as you are taking in surplus calories.

I have been lifting for stength mainly in yhe 4-8 rep range.3-5 sets depending on body part.but the strength gains have been very slow coming. maybe i just need to eat more but i'm scared of putting on too much fat.

Which test do you suggest? I was debating between Test E and Sust, what are the differences between the 2? Do you think that 250mgs per week is too little to see decent results?

At this stage you'd be better served thinking about lifts than body parts. Concentrating on getting better at the big, compound exercises such as deep squats, deadlifts, parallel rows, overhead pressing, bench, should help you to continue to grow naturally.

I suspect you've already decided to juice but if there's still doubt in your mind then post up in the training forum. You'll get lots of good input on your workouts.

I would go with Enanthate as it is a longer acting single ester Test, where as Sust is a blend of 4 diffrent esters, all have diffrent half lives. Thbat will cause your blood levels to fluctuate. IMO 250mg/Week is just to low if your runing Test alone, even for a first cycle.

Also read the stickies about PCT. Good answers there. Running 500mg Test E per week would net you a solid 15-20 pounds in 10 weeks if you had everything else in check. PCT that would be helpful would be Clomid and HCG. I think you already said that you have AIFM for during the cycle.

Your first cycle will be your best. You only have one shot at it, so do it right. I would go with Test Enanthate at 500mg/week.

The keys to success will be your diet and training. You said you are afraid to eat too much and gain body fat. Do you even know what your caloric maintenance level is? What are your nutrient ratios? You will need to eat above your maintenance level during a cycle, and your nutrient ratios and timing of meals must be dialed in for optimum results. I would suggest that you spend some time dialing in your diet before touching AAS.
